Appointment time was kept promptly, which to me is the hallmark of a well run practice. BTW, some of the whiners giving bad reviews complain about delivery times. All practices (even Wal-Mart and Sam's) are at the mercy of the optical labs. While this has not been my experience here, it's an issue for any optician's office - small or large. Like only 2 companies dominate the market world wide.

I was told it would be another two weeks. They're trying to put a rush on it. Another two weeks went by, never received a call after two weeks. So I called and they told me that my order was lost in the mail ‍.I again received no call from them. I called to find out if they were in after another two weeks. I was finally told "oh yes, they're in." I never got a call to find out any of this from them! I was hoping for an apology or something from them, but nothing. That's not the only problem I've had with this place. Be careful.
