That's the part that I could feel would be a test of trust. I gave us my computer putting my faith I would get it back better or at least without its memory wiped. they called the next day and said the hard drive wasn't really repairable and that they could put in a new solid-state. They said they would do their best to transfer all data. Cut to 3 days later. Computer was back to fast,, tons of memory and everything was transferred. Amazing. She was not very helpful, and later that day after I had bought the phone, my mom and I realized that she had put a protection plan that I never asked for on it. I feel like that is really unprofessional. She should ask before adding stuff to my plan, especially when I never asked for it. She never communicated that at all.
