if I could give 0 stars I would. How do you NOT great a customer when they walk in. I sat in the store for 20 min before I had to catch a ladies attention (Hispanic woman with long black hair) And I asked her was there someone who could help me? she said no it's only us (3 other employees) and walks away. Meamwhole she is with another store associate who is already with a customer. I mean I've worked in retail/hospitality/management long enough to know that not how you test someone. How about welcome to ATT we are busy at the moment but will get to you as soon as we can! Not one word from these damn people here! The store manager lied, lied, lied. I wanted to change carriers from T-Mobile and he told me that I would have to buy a new phone in order to do this. The gall and idiocy of this was astounding !!! Send him back to stacking bananas at Kroger. read more

Just had a terrible experience at this location. After going through many obstacles to obtain the iPhone 7, the customer care repeatedly showed flaws in service. They, even, made my mother and I drive to Wellington because of a defunct phone that was given to us by their insurance layouts. From the preparation of the phone to a defunct USB chord, the customer service proved to be nothing but shallow, self-righteous employees (Charity) who were not at all ready to do their jobs nor cared to be there. Do not go to this location, and if you do go and receive any disrespectful attitude ask for someone else. The guy who placed the protective glass on my phone, however, was great and did a great job. I didn't catch his name. I'm not trying to be shallow or disrespectful, but this was a BAD EXPERIENCE. read more

Went to this store twice. My first visit went fine. Was switching from Verizon and going onto my father in laws plan with AT&T. They have the credit up to $650 when you switch. Okay..awesome. My father had to be there and while we were getting my phone, the rep said that if my father signed up for direct tv, he would save something like $200 off his bill AND we would get unlimited everything. Best off all, they didn't have to set up the dish or anything. She said they could just put it in the closet. Ok awesome. Then, the issue of my phone. Now, my old phone was cracked. We even said to her, are you sure we will get the credit if the screen is cracked? She looked it up and said that my phone was worth $85 and I would get the full amount of my trade in. My husband asked if we should get the screen fixed and she said no. But, before I traded it in, I had to save my photos. I had 14 days to bring the phone back and get my credit.... Thus, I returned to the store to turn in my phone for credit and was informed my phone was worth nothing. I was informed by both a rep and a manager that the other rep would "never" accept a phone with a cracked screen. She went and talked to the same rep I had last time and she lied to the manager saying she NEVER would have accepted it. What a load of bull. She sat with myself, my husband and my father in law and said it was fine to trade in. I was so upset!! Now I had to pay $300 for a phone from Verizon and $800 for the phone from AT&T. I never would have switched if this would have been the case. The manager had a way out luckily. She said if I could trade my phone for an older one they could take it instead. So, I had to spend 3 hours of my Saturday (also my Mother's Day present..a few hours away from the kiddos to myself...) finding another phone to trade. The kicker is that the original rep had lied to us twice. First with my value of my phone. Second, she told my father in law if he signed up for direct tv he would save on his bill but wouldn't have to install the dish. We were quite excited to be saving money and getting unlimited data. However, When the people showed up with the dish, they wouldnt leave unless they installed it. My father in law had to waste an hour getting rid of direct tv. So, he won't get the discount and we will no longer get the unlimited data that we were promised. The representative at AT&T was either a liar or didn't know what she was doing. It seems like they will do whatever is necessary to sell their product including lie. It's truly a shameful practice and I hope it is only contained to this one store. read more

Well I'm the first one to admit when I make a mistake and i made a doozy this time. The people at AT&T were right, my bill was going to go up after upgrading to the iPhone 6 : ( So the salesperson at Apple messed up and I took the phone back. Apple did apologize and even offered me a token gift for my inconvenience, so all that was wasted was time and petrol. I'm sure the 6 will be half price in 8 months anyway.... read more

The customer associates in this store are abrupt and very unwelcoming. Walked into the store and the store was totally empty of customers! They all just looked at each other to see who wanted to help us! Finally one man asked what he could do for us , we told him my iphone was missing calls. I stepped beside him as I handed him my phone and he abruptly asked me to stay behind the shield. I apologized and stepped to the other side where it was very difficult to hear the masked, head down wonder of an associate. He said it wasn't an AT&T problem we'd have to call 611 or make an appointment at the apple store. My husband said the apple store is closed and the associate said yeah you'll just have to wait until they reopen. His tone was never anything but abrupt and he had NO interest in being cordial. I turned and walked out of the store. My husband stayed and said something to him about his attitude, he said his manager was right there if he wanted to air a complaint, my husband turned to the manager and asked if he would like to get in the middle of this and the manager told him to get out of HIS store! Nice people you got working at the Gardens Mall AT&T. Oh...got home and the AT&T phone security on the iphone was the problem! Turned that off and iphone works beautifully now! Thanks AT&T ass for considering that could have been the problem and helping the only customer in the store! read more

I was disappointed when I arrived in this location. It was overly crowded, and certainly not clear what one should do to get one of the employees attention . Finally we had to interupt one of them and we were told to sign a clipboard that was hidden on a counter. When our name was called it was Angelo who was to help us. Apparently he was hell bent on moving through customers, perhaps commissioned based. As he was helping us, he was distracted by his previous customers, apparently prematurely left as they still had issues. We were there do to a stolen iPhone and it seemed as though he could care less about that and more importantly wanting to sell us a new one and moving on to the next customer. We had definitely felt like a number. Thanks AT&T! read more

Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. They ordered the incorrect phone for me and then when I went in to switch it out, they never sent the other phone back. I got an email saying I would be charged for the original phone. Terrible customer service and rude sales associates. Not worth the aggravation. read more

Terrible customer service by Jesse. He couldn't be bothered helping us replace a phone. He just told us to go help ourselves on an iPad. It was actually confusing how little he helped. I have no idea why they even have customer service reps in there when they didn't want to help or even speak to us haha. Jesse should really get a attitude check. Couldn't even explain our options and every question we had it was like we were burdening him!!! read more

This place is okay... But bad customer service. I tried to get my phone set up and the guy was super nice and helpful but(and I totally get this) but I could tell that he was kind've looking like he wanted to get involved with someone else. Also when we got home it was supposed to be working but I could not call or text. so the next morning we had to call another AT&T person, For a solid 25 minutes.I would not especially recommend going there. read more

Worst experience , the manager, Lindsey was extremely rude to me just because I was trying to explain my problem with a case and a phone I had bought three weeks ago. I had purchased an I phone 7 and an $80 case 3 weeks ago, and 50% of the times when I answer the phone people don't hear me. All she had to offer me was to exchange the case with a more expensive one!!! She said the return policy is two weeks. When I tried to explain that I was out of the country and did not use the phone to know the problem she said" I don't care , I did not sell it to you". I asked for someone who is in charge and that was when she asked me to leave, told me that this is her store, and walked away. I called AT&T right away from outside the store, I was told that they are not responsible for individual stores and to write to the office of AT&T president!!! Which I will definitely do... please don't give your business to this store, this is not our first unpleasant experience with this location. Obviously, the person in charge does not care... read more
