Went in to get my iphone battery replaced and when I…read morecame back to pick it up The person behind the desk shows me a bubble and a neon green line right down the middle of the phone in the old battery and says it needs additional repair work. When i dropped off the phone there was no bubble and definitely no green line going down the middle of my phone. This was clearly a scam to make me pay for additional needless phone repair and that he had clearly damaged my phone intentionally. I immediately asked for a refund which he grudgingly issued. Do NOT trust these people!

Ironically, it is somewhat out of my way, but I can assure you that I will be returning here for all inquiries related to my mobile device. Prior to visiting this location, I made my way to the store on Challenger, which is closest to me. I anticipated bad service, as it usually is, and not to my surprise, the staff was entirely incompetent and uninterested in assisting me. My mobile device was not properly setup, there was difficulty retrieving my Google password, and none of my concerns were handled or taken seriously. Additionally, the manager and associate both made condescending remarks whenever I asked a simple question. I left very frustrated and angry, and I quickly made my way to another location. Upon arriving at the location on Avenue K, I was greeted wholesomely by Johanna, who must have detected or seen that I was already upset and frustrated with my day. She was compassionate and kind, and she assured that she, along with her staff, would resolve all of my concerns. I appreciated this above all else. She then brought me over to May, who successfully retrieved my Google password and properly setup my mobile device while making friendly conversation. Before I left, Maybe asked if there was anything else she could assist me with today, but I was already a satisfied and happy customer. As I've said before, I will be coming to this location from now on.
