Once we had it back for 3 days. 2 diamonds fell out and when we went back asking for a refund because the ring was defective and the issue has not been resolved. The manager told me to send it to corporate in which they will refund the ring but that did not happen. I was lied to. They are refusing a refund and are not resounding, it's been 2 months and nothing has been done about it, l've been lied to, manipulated, and deceived. I have been left with a heartbroken finace and no response.

Called them Tuesday was told the manager was sick and would get back to me. They finally got back to me on Friday 2-27-26. 3 weeks after the initial date, stating there is nothing they can do. These people are crooks and will take advantage of you.
