Went into the store and found out the person who signed us up had been fired for stealing and that NOTHING he had told us was correct. Asked to speak to a manager and was told unfortunately there was nothing they could do and that they would not honor anything the employee had quoted us. We are now being billed for the 2 phones we originally turned into Tmobile. Went back in the store today to discuss this with them and guess what? We were again told there is nothing they can do.
