I miss placed my key fob and so the auto start doesn't work... I have called Audio Concepts at least 50 times... I am not joking nobody ever answers the phone. They only have an answering service and I've never heard from anybody until after about 40 messages and the owner called me back and said he would work on it and let me know, but I have never ever heard back from him since then and I've left another 10 to 20 messages trying to get a return call ...,ZERO response! I've called other companies and they said you need to call the company that installed it. Everything is specific to that... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AUDIO CONCEPTS TO ANYONE!!!! they have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR NEW AND EXISTING customers in my opinion and I totally don't understand not hearing from Audio Concepts whatsoeve 50+ phone calls!!!! They ordered the parts and had my dual subwoofer back up and running. However, I live 5 hours away and they said I had 30 days to pick up since the item was still under warranty. That worked out perfectly for me because I was going through Atlanta to fly out of country and upon returning was able to grab my sub and bring it back home. I was so excited to hear my sub bang out the bottom end that I knew it was capable of. I would definitely recommend them for any hifi/ professional equipment repairs
