We purchased a new washer-dryer combo from your Deerfield Beach store only 8 months ago, and the washer has already stopped spinning and now requires repair. It originally broke three months ago, and since then we've had three different technicians come out--none of whom brought the correct parts. We've waited weeks for parts that still ended up being wrong, and the last technician even told us the machine can't be fixed and that it would cost more to repair than to replace. We have called repeatedly trying to get this resolved. We've asked multiple times for a supervisor to contact us, and no one ever returns our calls. In the meantime, we've spent a significant amount of money at the laundromat because our "new" machine has been unusable for months. I have purchased appliances from your store for years, but after this experience, I'm seriously reconsidering ever doing business with you again. I called the store today to inquire about my refund. When a sales associate picked up the phone, I explained that I was calling regarding my refund. She put me on hold, and I could hear her calling for Rosie, the store manager, multiple times. It seemed that Rosie was ignoring her. After a while, the sales associate returned to the line and said she would transfer me to a manager. However, I was unexpectedly transferred to the appliances department. I explained my situation to the associate there, but he placed me on hold. After waiting for 30 minutes without any response, I decided to hang up. This ongoing lack of communication and support further demonstrates the poor customer service I've experienced. I am still awaiting a resolution to my refund issue and am extremely frustrated with the treatment I have received. I paid it off before then and the supervisor and employee disrespected me and told me they have amnesia. These individuals working there are very ghetto and unprofessional. I purchased a dishwasher from BrandsMart Stockbridge, and it leaked, ruining my floor. After returning it within the 15-day window, I was told they wouldn't cover damages because I didn't use their installers, even though I used a certified plumber. Customer service was awful, both in-store and at corporate. Only after filing a BBB complaint did I get a call from corporate offering a $100 gift card, but no help with my floor. Without going into to much detail they delivered to me 5 times 3 were damaged Labor Day sale products and the other 2 they delivered to the wrong address. This was all having to deal with the same product. Yes, the product can take some blame but I feel like the store is giving out cheap or broken products with sales deal on purpose some more blame goes to them...(Whirlpool has a decent rep). As to speaking on the phone they would make you wait for nearly and hour till the phone cuts off then you have to call back again when the managers or reps say they'll be right with you multiple times. When you're trying to order Online Brandsmart puts you through hoops by asking you to choose what department that you need and once you get there they keep you holding on the phone for it seems like an eternity!!!!! It's very discouraging and disheartening to know they they think so little of people's time it's as if they don't care if your inquiry is important or not and with that type of business practices I wonder how they've stayed in business as long as they have!!! See, Best Electronics is the company used to fulfill any service contract you're stupid enough to purchase from BrandSmart. So once again never purchase any service contract from BrandSmart. David, Thank you once again for the replacement delivery of my 3rd range. Chris and Keith just left my home. I made sure that my husband and I inspected the range before they guys left. I have never been one to be unprofessional or make a big fuss, but after paying over $4k for my kitchen appliances David, I expect a level of customer service for all to be shown until you all make EVERYTHING right for your customers! After two microwaves (one obviously refurbished) and still waiting the delivery of my third replacement microwave and two....now three range swaps, I have have been more than patient with you and Brandsmart. But because no one ever answers the phone in customer service, I had no other choice but to drive from my home in Peachtree City to your Stockbridge store to speak to someone is unsettling to say the least! There are SEVERAL problems with today's visit and why I did NOT sign the delivery document. The lack of professionalism by one of the guys (the brown skin gentleman) was beyond me. While trying to rush me to sign off on the delivery papers, I said, "wait a minute, I see a problem with the glass door". The light skinned gentleman was trying to wipe the glass door clean, but soon realized the scratch is not coming off. The brown skinned gentleman impatiently turns to my husband and trys to have my husband sign the delivery papers! I said, just wait a second." He proceeds to tell me, that there's nothing he can do, and to call the store! And just leaves my house!!!! Not only did the guys unwrap the range outside, out of my sight, I didn't see what the range was packaged in, or how it was packaged. For all I know, they could've damaged it taking it off the truck or unwrapping it.....i don't know! They left oily finger smudges on all over the range and didn't even offer to wipe it clean! I was not directed to turn it on prior to use (like James instructed) with his install. James was very professional. Don't ever send these last two gentleman to my house again! The pictures above were taken by me while they stood in my kitchen showing. The light skinned gentleman also took a picture of the scratch. - A permanent scratch on the glass door on the lower right side. I noticed it immediately. - There's also a horizontal scratch under the right side of the handle. - And all the nasty fingerprints left behind looks very unprofessional! While this is a great selection of range that you suggested to me and that I paid an extra charge to upgrade my appliance package, I expext once again that you will make this right for the fourth time or as many times that it takes David. Starting with the training of some workers within your delivery department. I paid for four BAND NEW working Samsung appliances! I love how they look in my kitchen and I do NOT want my money back and I do NOT want to drive to your store just to speak to someone for a new range! I do want you to make this right. Who doesn't love BrandsMart! I come in here sometimes just to look around. I love appliances and anything I can use to cook. They have the most amazing selection of everything! I got my first speaker from here, which was a JBL extreme. The only thing is that they don't have replacement chargers for them. Other than that, this store has TV's, sofas, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, entertainment systems, cameras, security systems, and so much more. I could go on for days. During this quarantine time, the pick up for items is taking longer than usual. The line for pickup was wrapped around the building. You literally have to wait inside your car in this long line while they do each one. Other than that long annoying process, I love me some Brandsmart. read more

the service here is complete lousy! the store manager jessica has a rude dismissive attitude!!! i ordered a dishwasher, range, freezer and vacuum in july 2023. i received the freezer and range in july. it is october and i have had to clown to finally get the dishwasher, vaccum still no where in site!! but i was told it was there and to be delivered!!! let's not forget the range gas line delivered in october for a range delivered in july!!! now jessica needs 48 hours to see why my vaccum is again back out of stock!!!!! do not waste your time at this poorly run location! no accountability on anyone part except the sales guy patrick who was very helpful and greatest apologetic!!! this local needs a full staff replacement from top to bottom, i pray patrick gets a job where his services will have adequate managerial support! jessica is useless! I understand that we're "post-Covid" blah, blah, blah. BrandsMart in Stockbridge, GA has probably lost a customer (not that they care) but people need to know. Just like the character in the movie "Life" with Eddie and Martin, they "Can't Get Right"! I don't know what the issue is, but it really needs to be fixed. The people on the sales floor are perfectly fine in my humble opinion. The madness begins @ checkout all the way through the delivery process. Cashiers have terrible people skills. Delivery tells you a particular time and then have people show up indiscriminately. We work! You tell me a certain time, I realistically hold you to that time. It's a wrap for me. Let me start by saying I arrived home on Sunday, after being gone for 4 months to a completely dead refrigerator. The sales people provided me with the best possible option and delivery so they get 5 stars. I've completed billion dollar construction projects and have dealt with countless vendors during the past 40 years so I know how to treat both vendors and delivery folks. In all my years of dealing with deliveries, Nico Scott and his colleague were the worst delivery men I have ever encountered. Nico came into my house with an attitude and, when he couldn't easily determine a route to move out the old refrigerator, he promptly announced he was going to put it back in place. It had been 10 years since the old refrigerator was installed and I couldn't remember how it got into the house. I helped move furniture and rugs out of the way to clear a path. HIs partner also spoke rudely to me several times, for no good reason. After they made the transfer and were putting my front door back in place, I started removing the plastic from inside the refrigerator. Nico came back into the kitchen and started hooking up the old water line. I told him I had purchased a new one as that one was 10 years old. When he came back again, he didn't want to put on the door handles as I had started removing the tape and plastic and he told me once the customer starts, he doesn't complete the job. I told him I was only trying to help. He put on the handles and left. I don't usually complain but, I was so disturbed by my encounter with these men that I felt it necessary to report their bad behavior. read more

The Brandsmart in Stockbridge has really poor customer service. Two workers brought my appliances out yesterday and one of them was really unprofessional and rude with little to no knowledge and disrespectful. He had a nasty attitude and acted as if he did not want to be doing the job. They were 3hrs late my delivery time was from 1-5 pm, they arrived at 8 pm. The refrigerator they brought me doors were damaged and he claimed it was to big to fit in my kitchen and he only took it as far as the living room. He called his manager yelling and also telling him he needs to put the dog away etc. I mean just really unprofessional. (What manager allows a worker like that to continue to work for their company) They took the refrigerator back and said I would have to get another one and to contact customer service. This is an update to my earlier Yelp review concerning the damage to my mailbox by the driver who delivered my washer and dryer from BrandsMart. A representative from BrandsMart reached out to me yesterday and Mr. Roney Wilson of Daryl Flood reached out today. I have not spoken with the rep from BrandsMart, but Mr. Wilson and I did talk. It seems the line I was texting was a land line... But I did attempt to call, but could not leave messages. Anyway, the good news is I should see restitution in about 20 days from Daryl Flood's Account Payable. I am amazed by the quick response from both BrandsMart and Daryl Flood. I wanted to believe that my experiences with Brandsmart were just a one off issue or maybe I just have bad luck. But after reading others reviews it is apparent this is just a bad place to do business. Unbelievable I had nearly the same experience two years in a row!!! Could have blamed Covid last year, but now I think this is just standard practice for Brandsmart. LSS- ordered online a washer and dryer set on 9/10/22, at which time I was made aware "one or more items in my order is on order and will be available in 30 days." No worries my current machines are working, I can wait. Did a chat session on Thursday 9/23/22 to check the status and was told items would be available in 2 weeks, but the rep was unable to give me an estimated date. Something about the whole exchange even through chat just felt very unprofessional, uncaring and unsettling. And like I said I did the run around with Brandsmart before, so trusting my gut instincts, I requested to cancel the order. And what do you know, my items are suddenly available and can be delivered on Monday! I had so many issues with this sudden turn of events but I didn't question it. Scheduled delivery. Got 3 email confirmations on Saturday, and two initial phone calls to confirm delivery schedule. I even called back, spoke with Irene and confirmed again! Posted my old set online and sold it within hours. Buyers picked up that day! And then 2 hours later around 7pm I got a call from Brandsmart, the items aren't actually available, there was a miscount in the computer, won't be available for another 1-2 weeks! WT! So now what am I supposed to do? Call the people I sold my washer and dryer to and ask for it back? Spend a boat load of money going to the laundry mat? Let my family wear dirty clothes? Nope! My online purchases all arrived damaged and I've gone to this location to get some resolve on the issues. IN STORE- We purchased a washer and dryer on June 28th. The customer service in the Stockbridge store was great. Mario, the sales person was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful (That's the only reason for 2 stars or it would be one). DELIVERY- we received and email providing us with a date and time frame for the delivery on 7/1 between 11am-3pm. It stated that we will receive a call 30 mins prior to arrival. At 3:30, no call was received. I called the customer service number to and spoke with Ana. Ana says, "your delivery window isn't up yet. It is from 12-4pm." I explain to Ana that isn't the time that was communicated to us via email and I cannot wait at home all day. Ana says, "so what do you want me to do?" There was no apology for the miscommunication or inconvenience. I decided to end the call.. said thank you and hung up. I called back attempting to get a more professional representative and Ana answered once again. I requested to speak with a manager and Ana asked what do I expect them to do. She said she can change the delivery date since I can't wait. I explained to her that is unacceptable. I requested to speak with a manager again and she said she can take my name and number. I said I need to speak with one now. Ana then transfers me without informing me that she would transfer me to a number that rang out. Based on the reviews, it's evident that this is something that happens often. We called back and spoke with another rep by the name of Pam who was professional and apologetic. Short story is I bought an 86 inch Samsung, two days later when I opened the box I had an issue with it. When I returned it there was a mixup with the warranty I purchased and so on and so forth. Nonetheless, Keisha, David, Tovel, and Zee took excellent care of me, but most importantly they did it with a smile and a clear desire to exemplify excellent customer service. Possibly the absolute worst buying (not buying) experience EVER!! We were ready to buy a new washer/dryer and use BrandsMart financing offers. We had purchased several items at BrandsMart previously, a year or more ago. While at the check out, the finance director emerged from a back room, took all my personal documents and started to leave the area. I immediately stopped her. My ID has been stolen twice before, so keeping an eye on my personal information is imperative! The finance director walked back with my papers & documents in hand, made a quick phone call from the checkout counter where we were standing, and said "sorry your credit has been denied". With a long standing credit rating (in all three credit review sources) of over 830 we were puzzled and asked her to run the confirmation again. With maddening eye rolling by her and all staff standing close buy, and an abundance of really abrasive attitudes, she refused to go further. I asked for my documents back along with the application paperwork that I had filled out. She returned my personal documents but refused to return the application (containing all personal ID info). When I asked her to black out the ID info (i.e. SS#, DOB, ph#, email, Full name & Address), she upped the attitude but did what I asked, and then waved the paper in my face saying "See! We're Done Now!" and walked away! - What's very interesting, is the fact that I have several existing accounts in good standing with the preferred credit provider, Synchrony Bank, as used by BrandsMart. - The unprofessionalism and complete disregard for customer privacy and customer service was appalling! You can be assured, I will NEVER enter a BrandsMart again for any purchases. Bought a washer & dryer on May 17 on line with a delivery date of May 25th. The only thing that was delivered was the dryer. I was not notified by email or phone call that the washer was on back order. Please note that I had to leave work early to be home for the delivery. It was not until the delivery driver told me that the washer was on back order. There was plenty of time to notify me, that way I could have asked for them to wait to make one trip for delivery. The worst customer service I have ever received! For starters I couldn't get a time frame for the day of delivery until late the night befor and when I did it was for 12-6! No other information was provided or available by CS. Once the 6.5 hrs had passed and still hadn't heard anything even a heads up they were running late. I called the only number I could find on the internet which was to the local Stockbridge store. I was finally able to get a 'worker' on the phone who was very unpleasant and unhelpful Gwen! She was everything but professional! Since she couldn't help I asked to speak to a manager (4xs to be exact) which after listening to her carry on a conversation with her co worker about someone taking someone's car without her permission and Gwen's 2 cents when I spoke up about helping me or her trying out the mute button her reply was "SO" I was transferred only to be told the drivers sometimes deliver until 10pm. It is my favorite place to go for appliances and service. The selection is great and our service person Michael Long had a storehouse of appliance knowledge. He answered all our questions and addressed every concern. Even the delivery personnel were very skillful and careful with our newly purchased refrigerator. Kudos to the Mt. Zion location.
