But he said he could remove the hard drives for free. I agreed to that. He spent half an hour taking out tiny screws, opening the backs, taking out and handing me the drives and reassembling. I asked why he just didn't put the screws in a baggie (they recycle those as well) and he said he likes to deliver the units in good shape to the recycler. I originally had them in my cart online, but decided to go shop in person instead. Online, I was able to attach two offers to one item (20% off and a $3 off coupon). But when I went to purchase in the store, the attendant told me you cannot use both. I don't understand how I can literally buy the exact same things from the exact same store and if I buy it online and pick it up, I can stack deals, but you cannot if you go into the store. Then the attendant's response was "I don't make the rules"... and "that is what I was told by my manager". If there wasn't such a long line behind me, I would have whipped out Karen mode and asked for the manager, because it just didn't seem right. In the future, IF I shop from Target again, I will online shop online. The craziest part is, they are just hurting their own business. When I shopped online, I had 4 items in my cart... but shopping with my eyes in person and getting suckered into things I don't need, I had 15 items I ended up buying today worth $168.
