I asked him for the phone number to call T-Mobile and he sarcastically asked if I needed him to put the numbers in the phone to dial. In the end another team member helped us and gave the token codes and passwords to the account to the service representative that we spoke to on the phone, since we had been getting the run around for a few weeks now. If they would have told me I I was getting the job for cheap because they were using the wrong product (My phone required an AMOLED screen), I could've made the right choice for me. I could've visited another repair shop in the mall and paid $120 to fix my screen the right way instead of having to buy a new screen online for $120 and now paying more. I asked why the back of my phone wasn't glued back right, they tried to blame me for it, that I dropped it after ... Which I never did when it was in my purse and then my night stand. Their genius bar is easy to access with online appointments. I have had several times when Apple devices have confounded me and I've needed to use their services. A couple times I've come in for potential repairs or warranty issues and they got me taken care of very quickly. They almost always have stock items for what I'm looking for. The last time was because my Iphone battery finally was at a point where I can get a free battery from apple care. The phone was great and told me to get it fixed and even made the reservation at the apple store. I came in about 1/2 hour early to my 11am appointment and was greeted promptly by the friendly staff and they walked me back to the counter to have the phone checked in. It was so easy to check in and was done in less than 10 minutes. The agent told me to come back at 12:50pm and it would be done. I came back about 20 minutes early and again was promptly greeted and they looked up my phone and said it would be a bit more wait which I expected getting there early. I used the time to browse the Iphone 17's and found the Iphone Air to be what I would replace my Iphone 14 max pro when it comes time. Overall, great store, well staffed and they are friendly, smile and great treatment. The phone was taken directly to me in the store and was perfect in every way, now 100% battery capacity where it was 79%. Definitely the place to take the phone for service. My only advice is it takes 2 1/2 hours and since I was fasting and no phone it was a bit of a chore to wait. Next time, I'll bring a Ipad to attach to the Starbucks and chill there or bring a Kindle.

They ended up lying about promotions and things that would lower my bill but ultimately they added a line, home tech protection and cancelled my wife's grandfathered insurance mobile insurance. This took my bill way up from my original. The first month being over a hundred dollars more and then 50 or sodollars more each month after. I am still having to have att change things back and not sure they will honor the mobile insurance plan. They also said it came with free Apple AirPods and I would just have to pay taxes - yet I was signed up for an installment plan for the full price of the air pods. Scam artists.
