So he then told me the only phone they had were the expansive one's or only get the same phone I had before. So then he tells how much the one is and I'm like Wow thats alot but I really needed my phone. I noticed he goes and gets a phone case and a screen cover and starts putting on my phone so I say to him oh that's thank you giving me the accessories for FREE because the phone to me cost too much. Then I pay for my phone and notice its cheaper then what he told me so I'm geeked. So as I'm leaving i notice he didn't put my receipt in my bag so I asked for it he then puts it in my bag. When i get to the car I look at my receipt not only did the phone cost less than what he quoted (because Boost did have discounts for me since I have been a customer for so long) he rang up the phone accessories I never asked for and phone insurance! So he in there putting extra stuff on receipts and then purposely not giving receipts because if you dont check your receipt you dont know he's adding extra money. Plus he was rude.

Not only was my screen still damaged, but Alif did a terrible job of removing the screen, tearing the home button when trying to remove it so the home screen was no longer working. He also forgot to replace two screws on the battery shield. Finally, the proxy sensor shield was missing completely. I ended up having to go to a phone store and get a brand new phone because the damage he did was not fixable.

I don't write many reviews, and when I do--positive or negative--it's because the experience was significant. I make a point to remain respectful and constructive, but this situation warrants direct feedback. My wife and I travel frequently for work and needed a replacement laptop immediately. She located one at this store and placed an order for one-hour pickup. Given the higher price point, the credit card company requested verification, which we fully understand and promptly completed. At this time the payment had been processed and the laptop was onsite!!! We were then connected with the Post Purchase Team. Despite the issue being resolved, the representative and their manager, Ssyed, refused to allow the store to release the laptop. This was particularly frustrating because the store manager confirmed there were two physically available units and was willing to provide one. Instead, we were told we would need to wait until the 17th for fulfillment--despite the product already being in stock at that location. As travelers, we may not even be in town by then, making this solution impractical. Additionally, Ssyed declined to provide a last name and was unwilling to deviate from scripted responses, repeating the same information without addressing the situation. This lack of flexibility and problem-solving made an already frustrating experience worse. For context, the majority of my company's expenses are with Walmart, Home Depot, and Best Buy. Experiences like this directly influence where we choose to do business. If not for Zachary's professionalism and willingness to help, I would strongly consider moving future electronics purchases elsewhere. Brick-and-mortar retailers already face increasing competition, and employees like Ssyed do little to inspire confidence in Best Buy's ability to retain customer loyalty.
