I had been pricing TV for several weeks looking at all the online vendors and local stores for the best deal. I noticed when browsing Amazon there was a pick up today option at Best Buy. I realized I could get the same price with a direct purchase and decided to do just that. I knew exactly what I wanted and saw that it was in stock so make my trip out to Morse Road (near Easton Towne Center). Easliy found parking and walked in back to the TVs. A floor sales rep asked me if I needed help with anything and I answered Yes, just trying to find this TV. It was that easy. He took me to the area and brought it up front and I proceeded to wait in line. I did have a bit of a wait and upon getting to the front the cashier mentioned I should have been placed in the other line for faster check out. I wasn't really concerned as I saved more than $100 with the sale price and was super excited. Overall, a good experience and everyone was super helpful and friendly.

    Looking for a camera not a TV‍

This place is not your Best Buy from the past. Its bright, well organized, helpful staff, clean, and has all the latest gadgets in a ton of different categories. Clean bathrooms too thanks for that. I was looking for a camera. Their inventory in the category i was looking was thin, but my sales person went online to see my options. She was helpful and knowledgeable. Although I did not buy today, i got a sample of the NEW Best Buy. I will return.

I came to this Best Buy, on Morse Road, looking to scout out some home assistant/automation & security options. The first thing I noticed is that there are quite a few people on staff, but they all seemed to be busy with whatever they do, so I was pretty much on my own to explore the area of the store I was interested in. This is a typical big box retailer, so be prepared for that sort of fend for yourself big box experience. Ultimately I was able to identify the product that I was interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, it wasn't in stock at this store. And just as fortunately, I was able to easily order it for pick-up the next day at the nearby Polaris Location. Lots of options in a place like this. I find that it's quite helpful to do some pre-purchase research before visiting. That way you have somewhat of an idea what to look for, what you want, and how to plan a purchase in advance.

See how arrogant she looks in this photo. Her name isSierra (or however it's spelled) - avoid this cocky employee if you really have to go.

As a Deaf consumer, I expect hearing employees to show respect when I ask questions via writing, gesturing or using my cellphone, etc. The front greeting female worker, whose name I think is Sierra or something similar. She rudely got curt with me and of course, I couldn't understand a thing she was trying to express to me. I showed her a piece of my paper note asking for what's the address of the store so my friend could come meet me there. She glowered at me and her body stiffened and then shoved me a tiny piece of paper of the store's address. I took a picture of her and she arrogantly sat up and smiled cocky-like. If I was the manager I would have fired her on the spot. I will never return to this store due to people like her. Other young male employees were patient, polite, willing to write back and forth with me. Not her. She is NOT Deaf friendly and I'll never come back to that store ever again because of rude people like her that shows NO respect to the Deaf Community. Deaf folks steer clear of her.

As the Holiday Season approaches, I like everyone else begin to hunt for those incredible deals. I found one at Best Buy. I was able to order my item online and choose drive by pickup. I was slightly annoyed that my local stores did not offer the item I had requested, Thus I made the trip to Easton. Up on arrival I pulled into the spot, checked in, and within 5 minutes my order was brought to me. Easy as that. I normally do not shop best buy, but this experience was a good one!

Line for store pickups is 6X longer than standard checkout. : (

However, our experience from switching over from AT&T to Verizon has been awful We had two phones that Verizon delayed activation because despite us having our proof of identity via our drivers license and lots of others, their system wouldn't let us initially get a phone and that was after waiting a few hours. With lots of additional legwork and jumping through unnecessary hoops of fire to complete this task, we finally did it all newly purchased Apple iPhones for users. That should be easy, right nope,no it was not We also were supposed to get free phones switching over Our phones. We were given the wrong communication about what models we're going to be acceptable so what we initially thought we were returning and we couldn't turn in so then became the scavenger hunt for the proper phones. Which we couldn't remember the old Apple ID for so they wouldn't transfer. Currently, it seems like we're stuck purchasing one or two phones because we can't find the Apple ID information which is completely frustrating and disheartening and it makes me lose faith in both Apple and Verizon However, the people at this location seem a little more knowledgeable than the people over at Best Buy, which is why we are now focusing on coming to this brick and mortar Verizon store versus a kiosk across the street that has a sales associate that's supposed to be managing multiple carriers. I strongly advise anyone reading this who wants to deal with Verizon to come to this or this type of brick and mortar store versus an agent at a different big box type of situation such as target Walmart, Best Buy that deals with multiple carriers and multiple carrier products. . You will get better service here and have far less frustration.

Unfortunately I was NOT able to get it activated so I took it to the store where the item was purchased. When I told the representative what my situation was, she immediately advised that they could not help me and sent me to the Apple Store. When I went to the Apple store, I was advised that it's an issue with the SIM card and had to return to the Verizon Store. Had the representative at Verizon first try to resolve my situation, I would have NOT wasted over 1.5 hours going back and force. Moral of this, if you're buying an Apple , go directly to the source as they are able to provide you with all carrier plans and provide you with their best service. This location "thumbs down!"

Upon research, this has been a typical ongoing issue with T-Mobile with deceptive sales tactics just to make the sale. I had to visit multiple locations and spend hours trying to get this issue resolved. Upon being told that I needed to visit a " corporate location instead of a retail " the manager at the Easton location, Ryan Scanlion contacted the original perpetrator, which was the Grove city location, manager Colton was supposed to conduct an investigation with the employee " Colin " to get to the bottom of the lies. Manager, Ryan stated I would be contacted that following Monday and if not get back in touch with him. Of course, every time I have called the store been told that he is not in, so I decided to follow up with an email because I had his personal email address, but however he is still avoiding me after two months. What a shame that they have resulted to unethical practices within their company to make a profit without regards to their customers. Just not impressed- but we already have a Costco membership, so if you don't belong to a warehouse club already it might be a good option for you. Stopped in one last time to see if previous experiences were outliers. I just find the prices to be the same or higher than Costco, and often the same as any old grocery store. Today milk and eggs were the same (or more expensive) than Kroger. Very small prepared food section compared to Costco. Lots of clothes for little kids, but nothing up past size 7 that I saw. There were a few clearance things that had okay prices, but nothing else stood out. I got a bulk container of snacks, just because I wanted that particular thing, but almost left at checkout because the price was just not great. Service is fine. I like the aisle signage. They have smaller packages than Costco for some things, which works out better sometimes. Parking and access is good. Not busy at all at noon on a weekday; Costco is always busy and gets crazy at peak. Odd to see a store with so few customers and so many open checkout lanes. So, that's good for you getting in and out, but doesn't bode well for the company. It just doesn't work for us. Farther away than Costco, costs the same or more, doesn't have anything that makes it worth a special trip.
