No aptitude to have a simple conversation. She sounded like a parrot repeating herself "call customer service over the phone, we don't do that here". She just said that response to every question I had. I asked for a manager and she never brought one, instead she said; you guessed it. "Call customer service" . I walked to my car and called customer service and they were very professional and took care of all of my requests. The customer service telephone agent admitted that all of this could have been completed in person. Please go elsewhere and please skip on Jennifer, shes terrible. Waiting in line for a long long long time to just be treated unkindly.
