I had to walk around him to check out the rest of wall. And even then he stood there without moving. I asked to see one item and he picked up the wrong one . Ok I'll look at that. When he said it was like a charger I said no it would not be used, he slams it back on the holder. Right then I felt like he didn't really want to help me and I left. I placed an order with this business for one of their hand built audio products. The estimated wait…read moretime when ordered was listed as 8 weeks. The order confirmation email stated I'd receive updates. I didn't receive any updates. After patiently waiting 12 weeks I contacted the company by email. Tara eventually responded and said the orders were taking longer to fill and my order would be ready in a month. At 16 weeks still no update or shipping information on my order. I sent another email inquiring about my order. No response at all from the company. I requested to cancel my order. Still no response at all from the company. I eventually had to file a dispute of charges with my bank to get my money back for the audio product I ordered but never received. To date I have never received a response from the company. Their customer service is very poor to almost non-existent. I would not recommend this company.
