They fixed it again saying the battery came disconnected. Ok , fixed. Then it kept coming disconnected several times after , now ive had this phone for years been dropped from short and long distance several times never broke the screen nor did the "BATTERY" EVER come loose or "DISCONNECTED" , yet some how the battery keeps disconnecting WITHOUT being dropped. So i told them if you have to SUPERGLUE the battery in i dont want it to "DISCONNECT" ever again from the SLIGHTEST movement. Non the less this was the like 5th time in for the same exact issue they said it was good this time and next time id be charged i said ok hope y'all SUPERGLUED it they said they got it good this time. Ok. Lone behold ONE HOUR after the Daumn thing went again when just picking it up out of my council!!!! REALLY??? Had to go buy a new one that i couldnt afford being on FIXED income after paying over $100 to "fix/replace" battery and screen that at SLIGHTEST touch goes dead. Was willing to give highest rating at first for fast repair and glad to have my phone back with great service till the same issue kept reoccurring over n over. Now i give a NEGATIVE 5* and will get service done elsewhere. Hope others have better service than i got at CPR in Cedar Falls, iowa.

After my father passed away, they refused to take the phones back and were very rude about it. They lost the death certificate and didn't care that we had already turned it in, wanted us to drive all the way home for ANOTHER copy. We were trying to do the right thing and turn the phones on his plan in, and they blatantly refused to take them. I am not sure if they work on sales-based commission, but unless you are buying a new phone, they want NOTHING to do with you. Verizon online customer service told us to specifically go to this location and turn in the phones. They made an already challenging time so much worse after losing the death certificate. Providing no remorse at all and making us jump through 1000 obstacles when we were just trying to do the right thing and technically doing all of this wouldn't even have impacted us money-wise. I just didn't want them to lose out on the phone that still had payments on it. I ended up reaching out to Verizon Online Customer Support, who was very helpful and disconnected the phones and sent me return boxes. I don't know who this location is hiring, but they should reassess their service agents and hire people with better attitudes that actually want to do their job.

Our grandfather passed away, so we wanted to transfer to a new plan to avoid hassle. This location made doing so nearly impossible. They claimed we couldn't cancel, transfer lines, or return the phones we had already replaced on a new plan due to their inability to do their jobs. We reached out to Verizon online and accomplished what this location was unable to do. Their techs are unknowledgeable, inexperienced and will have you do all the work in store. They had me call a number that I had to relay information between the tech and the phone operator, I eventually handed the tech the phone so they could do their job. We wanted to return the phones we replaced, they were trying to lock us into paying for our deceased grandfathers phone. They're either terrible at their jobs or shady. I'm hoping it's the latter, I can't be sure though. Avoid this location if you value your time and mental health.

I have to give it to them. New lady and New guy with experienced manager. They all did their part in helping me activate my new phone! $1500 phone at that. Had to have screen protector replaced in a matter of months and then the next screen protector didn't last even quite as long. Which the glass from the protector coming off cut me and dropped phone, which shattered phone screen. Store employee only said that I'm insured only for so many (2-3) replacement screens, and not for damages. Had store owner call me and say the same condescending thing, when it was a faulty product if not applied right for it to not last as long as it did for either amount of time. I said that they should at least fixed the phone and the owner said that they see no reason why they should bc it is not their problem anymore. Who says that right away without hearing everything right out the gate?!?

During a recent move, a tiny screw fell out, which allowed the casing around one of the hinges to jostle and get out of alignment (almost like being "sprung"). The hinge was not-so-gently repositioned and the screw put back in, but it would not turn back on. We took it to a PC repair shop that had received good reviews, and they said the on/off wiring/mechanism in that corner (where the hinge had been "jostled") had probably been damaged/compressed. We could leave it with them and they'd attempt to fix it, but it was a risky spend of $200-$250, with no guarantees they'd be able to fix it. They thought we'd be better off buying a new or refurbished one, which of course they happened to sell. We knew it wouldn't be easy for Mom to adapt to a new "machine," but we didn't want her to be without any internet access, nor lose her photos and documents. Before making any decisions to risk the $250 or give up on her old PC, we were recommended to try PC Gold. Within minutes Daniel had diagnosed the issue, rebooted it, and sent us on our way at NO COST. Wouldn't even accept a tip. It's safe to say our jaws are still on the floor with awe and appreciation.

We were in and out within a few minutes and she was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Would definitely recommend this store, and kudos to Carrie who did such a great job! Definitely worth the 1.5 hrs to get there to get good service!
