Both cameras worked when I handed them to him to repair, and wasn't working 20-minutes later when he gave them back. He said it would cost $15 each to replace the cameras on the phones to make them operational again. I declined --and that was 3 months ago. Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my phones again.

I asked about three times to make sure that what the cashier was saying was accurate and he was confidently saying more than once that i would get charged $25 for a plan that's usually $50. My phone bill is due in a few days and i checked the boost mobile app to make sure that it was the amount he said it'd be and it wasn't so i had to go in and talk to whoever was there to make sure that the person that told me that, was right. I kept my receipts just in case and what do you know, the guy that "helped me" that day, was there. I explained everything to him and all he said was "i don't know, i've never had anyone come in and ask me a question." my response was more polite than what i was thinking because i'm explaining to him that he's the one that said it would be $25 but now he's saying a whole other thing and he just keeps saying he can't do anything to help and to call customer service. I'm never the type of person to get irritable with anyone working retail because i've worked retail and i know what it's like on the other end-- so i called customer service and they explained to me that there was never a plan like that and they were continuing to help me out because they felt bad about the whole situation but i thanked them for everything and apologized for the inconvenience and said that i didn't have a problem with paying $50 (they had asked if i would like to change my plan) because it's still a good deal compared to how much i paid for my old phone bill back then-- it's just the principle because he gave me false information and it's pretty annoying because he screwed me over. All in all, customer support for boost is amazing but the guy named jonathan at the location on cockrell hill is not someone i'd recommend planning anything for you :)

It was Memorial Day and I was freaking out because I use my phone for work and needed a repair, and fast! Luckily there was a Memorial Day deal on Groupon so I booked it and went straight over there. They had a rather busy day and told me I would have to pick it up the next day, but I told them my situation and they were able to squeeze me in for their priority list, I did wait a few hours but that was fine because I would wait as long as I have to get it back that same day. And I was expecting a long wait but they were able to fix it in a few hours.
