I've been a customer of AT&T since before they merged with Bell technologies. Well over 20 years…read more I'm finally done with them. I've seen lots of miscellaneous charges on your bill to squeeeze more money outta you. Had to dispute lots of bills. But what really did it for me, was that ridiculous international package. I went out the country on a cruise, and they send you that text saying we will cover you for unlimited text/talk/1gb of data, for $100. What a ripoff! Then later got roaming charges due to the data not even working. That's two months of service for one trip plus, the extra fees. I couldn't even call and cancel when I saw the data didn't work. Some international coverage you have that can't take a call coming in to the US. So when got back home and called and asked, and they said sorry you're stuck with the bill. So immediately canceled my service after 20+ years. I told them to set up a date, then pushed it back, they told me cuz I'm paying on my phone I couldn't switch carriers, next thing I know I woke up Sunday, and my phone is disconnected a whole month early. Lost my number I had for 15 years. I'm in the process of finding carriers to go to now. I'm leaning towards pre paid service. Big post paid service plans companies are money snatchers. You get the same coverage on prepaid for half the price or less from places like AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon. Money too

We went to get an issue fixed and was told purchasing a new phone would fix it. Upon purchasing the new phone problem still persisted. We call metro pcs tech support directly, they informed us of the issue and said purchasing a new phone was unnecessary. We returned to this location for a refund as stated on the receipt. The manager and assistant manager refused, made up policies in order to not uphold the refund policy. Save yourself aggravation and use another location. I will switch providers as well soon.

It was Memorial Day and I was freaking out because I use my phone for work and needed a repair, and fast! Luckily there was a Memorial Day deal on Groupon so I booked it and went straight over there. They had a rather busy day and told me I would have to pick it up the next day, but I told them my situation and they were able to squeeze me in for their priority list, I did wait a few hours but that was fine because I would wait as long as I have to get it back that same day. And I was expecting a long wait but they were able to fix it in a few hours. I'm grateful I was able to bring my phone back home and not have to come back the next day as that wouldn't have worked with my work or schedule. Anyway, like I said. I'm grateful. And my phone looks great! Should anything ever happen to my phone again, I can trust them.

My Mistake was not specifically asked mg of the battery was an apple replacement battery - it wasn't. I left an Apple Watch at the same time. I was trying le it would be ready that afternoon. A week later I am sitting in my car, waiting for "the manager" to arrive with my watch and to have it "calibrated." Frankly, I am about to call police to make them return my watch.

With phones, protectors, case (well over $500.00). Yesterday my phone froze. My Daughter's phone would not allow her to use Bluetooth or earphones. Arrived early and was greeted with the worse Customer service welcoming in along time. It's hard enough to deal with not understanding what Nancy Vee was saying but her attitude was terrible. Learning how to speak proper "English" should be something the new 'immigration" initiative should look at. After spending $500.00 she suggested that she needed to keep my phone to utilize the warranty process. I use my phone for gig work. Trust..the profit margin was addressed. Why not just give me another phone. Metro needs to let Customers no there...once you purchase the phone ..no replacement. I also was attacked by her co-worker as to how I addressed Nancy Vee. Minding your business in America...takes proper Education. Customer experience is paramount for building confidence. I will never purchase anything new from Metro PCS. I don't plan to keep the phones. I actually have 8 lines. Rude, Manager are not trained to lead. Stay away from the "worst" Metro PCS location in Texas.
