When I brought this up, the representative called a manager over the phone and told me I had to go back to the Waikiki location to resolve the issue. I asked if Tricked Out Accessories was a franchise or a corporate chain, hoping I could return the product at any location, but instead of an answer, I was just told to go back to Waikiki and speak to a manager. Now, I have to drive all the way to Waikiki, pay for parking, and try to find a manager--without any guarantee of when one will be there. This lack of clear policies and poor customer service made the whole experience incredibly frustrating.

Phone repair by Colton at Windward Mall in Kaneohe, O'ahu, Hawai'i…read more.. There was a line of green light across my phone screen. I traced it to a small Crack on the side of my phone. After a while, it got annoying and sometimes, the line spread out into a green patch that covered more than half of my screen. I called one company, but they only repair iPhone. I called Tricked Out Accessories. Colton gave me a price quote and estimated time (2 hours) - after we agreed that the problem was a cracked screen. He said that the Crack would just get worse and he won't charge me a diagnostic fee. I drove over right away and parked for free at the mall. Colton inspected my phone and had me sign a few documents. I walked around the mall for a while and returned after about an hour and a half. My phone was fixed! Yay! Thank you so much!

I checked out the deals available from Apple and compared them to AT&T and determined that I would receive almost 3 times more for trading in my phone at AT&T. Yes, I realize that I would be locked into a phone contract for 3 years, however, I had no intention of switching carriers and have been with AT&T for at least 20 years. I made an appointment online prior to physically visiting the Kaneohe AT&T store in the Windward City Shopping Center. My recommendation is to always do this if online reservations are available regardless of the business... I really dislike wasting time waiting. I arrived at the store 5 minutes prior to my appointment, walked in, and was immediately greeted by Ryan Ramil who asked if he could help me with something today. I mentioned that I was interested in upgrading my iPhone and learning about the available plans and deals. I noticed that there are several YELP reviews mentioning impersonal poor service, but I didn't get any of that from Ryan. He gave me his full attention and explained things as best as he could to answer my questions. In the end Ryan got me an iPhone 14 Pro with the best deal possible with my trade in, got me an additional discount on my plan that I never knew about, and ended up with a much better plan than what I had previously at the same monthly rate. Ryan even offered to help transfer the data and settings to my new phone for me, and was very patient guiding me through the process. Wow, I walked out the AT&T Store with a brand new iPhone and a smile on my face! Great job Ryan and AT&T Kaneohe.

I was a Tmobile customer for a long time. Switched over to AT&T and it has been one of the worst…read moredecisions of my entire life. Crappy service, slow data, nickle and dimed for everything. Poor customer support on the phone and I always need to go into a store after speaking to a rep for over an hour. If you are thinking of switching carriers be warned!!! AT&T is horrible. I am locked in for 36 months and I dont want anyone else to have to suffer through what Im going through. If you travel internationally, their roaming plan sucks. If you prefer apple care and want insurance, it is very different from Tmobile. I am only able to do a group insurance that covers only a couple phones at a time. It CRAP. No apple care. I highly discourage the switch to AT&T.

My son broke his phone twice in one week and nowadays it's vital to have cellphones to communicate and ensure our children's safety. We have had one busy month. Extremely disappointing experience -- and even more disappointing response from management…read more We went to the Kahala location to have a cell phone screen replaced. Before beginning the repair, the staff looked up our account and then proceeded to remove the damaged screen and install a brand-new one. Only after the repair was completed were we told that they could not locate this particular phone on our account and that, as a result, we would have to pay to set up an entirely new account rather than pay the low-cost screen replacement fee we had expected. This should have been verified before anyone touched the phone. What happened next was even more frustrating. Rather than acknowledging their mistake and finding a reasonable way to make the situation right, we were told that the best they could do was remove the brand-new screen they had just installed and put our damaged screen back on. They did exactly that -- except the old screen could not be reapplied properly. It was returned to us full of air bubbles and in worse condition than when we walked into the store. So we came in with a damaged but usable screen and left minutes later with a phone in significantly worse condition, all because the store failed to verify our eligibility before beginning the repair. Mistakes happen. What determines whether I continue doing business with a company is how it responds when it makes one. An apology, acknowledgment of the error, and a reasonable effort by management to make things right would have gone a long way. Instead, there was no meaningful attempt to rectify a problem the store itself created. Had management handled this differently, they could have retained us as customers. Instead, this experience ensured the opposite.
