The staff began the process of transferring the data between the 2 phones. Oh I forgot to mention that there was an inventory mishap and I was told most all of their phones were ineligible to sell. The employee came out after a long wait with a phone and began the data transfer which failed but he was socializing with other employees and didn't see that the transfer failed. I pointed it out to him and after trying to figure out why it didn't go through, he realized that he sold me a phone with less memory than the one I was trading in. He said that because of the inventory issues earlier in the day, that they did not have the correct phone in stock and that he would have to order the right phone and have it shipped directly to the store. He then charged me another 68.00 and assured me that the 58.30 I had just paid for the other phone would be returned to my account within 2 or 3 days because he had processed the wrong phone as a return. Well I still haven't received the refund of my 58.30. I have now initiated the dispute process with my bank but the store still needs to do the right thing and return my money to me. I can go on and on about my dissatisfaction with this place but I think I've made my point. Almost a week later I did get my phone and received minimal assistance from the staff with the set up but I knew how to do set up myself so I was able to complete it on my own. I'm still waiting for my 58.30 refund which I am most angry about. Stay away from this store.

Shonda Hall at the Wards Road store checked it and was willing to give it a try. She was able to make it work, transferred all my data and I am all set with my new phone. Going in, I had been prepared to camp out as long as needed to get the transaction completed, but she had me back out of the store within 45 minutes.
