They added Next up Anytime and Protect Advantage onto the phones without my permission!!! 2. To correct the above issue I made a reservation online and went in 5 minutes early. One employee was just sitting at a table looking at his phone. There was one other person waiting besides me. I saw my name on the screen for my appointment time. I stood there for 15 minutes with never being acknowledged by anyone, then my name just disappeared off the screen! Customer service is horrible!!!

Getting the back glass replaced was $89 + tax and when I paid, she held down the receipt covering the tip line. Whether that was intentional or not, I appreciate that she didn't ask for a tip. She called when it was ready and it was right on time of what she estimated. The phone looks great and when I walked in, she was trying to polish the scuffs off (there was no hope). The replacement also comes with a 30 day warranty. Friendly customer service and quickly repaired the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to return, but hopefully I won't need to!

Called the number on the door and owner proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't be in for some time. I asked why have an appointment feature if you're not going to honor it, or if you're unable to honor it, have the courtesy to contact the customer to reschedule. Clearly embarrassed from being called out on his unprofessional business practices, the owner became irate, cussed and hung up on me. Wasted time. Wasted trip. Unprofessional.
