The office called me on a Thursday to confirm appt. I returned call on…read more Fri morning. I was told I did not have an appt. They cancelled my appt. 5 days prior to appt because I did not confirm online. I confirmed 4 days prior but they said the computer automatically does it. Mind you I waited 4 months for my appt. took the morning off work, and they could not fit me back in. After consulting with Patient relations, he rudely said it was my fault for not answering the phone on Thursday. This office lost 5 family members business. Moved here from Savannah and transferred to this office on recommendation. My recommendation is to choose an office that cares about their customers, wants my business, and allows confirmations within at least 2 days prior to appointment.

I've been trying to schedule an appointment with this office for two weeks and have gotten nowhere…read more I called and left a message twice, then followed up again a few days later when I didn't hear back, and a third time after that still nothing. No callback, no confirmation, not even an acknowledgment that my messages were received. I understand offices get busy, but going completely unanswered after multiple attempts is unacceptable, especially when you're trying to get care. If you're not able to take on new patients or you're short-staffed, at minimum let people know instead of leaving them in the dark. I ended up finding another provider. I can't recommend this office based on my experience trying to simply get in the door.
