We'd also grabbed some takeaway from another Pike Place spot, and were glad we had--the "large" macs really aren't all that large. The mac and cheese was good, but honestly, if I went back, I think I'd skip it and grab a couple of their more interesting cheeses and some good bread instead. With that whole cheese counter sitting right there, that seems like the more exciting way to do Beecher's.

Do note that the cheeses can be pretty expensive, but I chalk it up to the location (rent is expensive!) and also the sourcing/rarity of the cheeses.
