My haircut looks like I was a test subject for a barber school. When I was in the "salon" it looked like it was a descent job. But when I got home and looked in the mirror one side of my head was cut completely different than the other. it was like I had two different haircuts. Uneven and longer with small tufts of hair sticking out all over. even in the back one side was longer than the other and then remembered she didn't even give me a mirror to see the back. to make it even worse she created this ridiculous dumb parting line down the middle of my head that looks like a stupid 80s rickspringfield hair cut. ugh, literally this is the worst haircut I've ever had. I can cut my hair myself and do a better cut. I just wanted a typical haircut. short with no complicated fades or anything difficult. the one star is for whoever cut my hair. I won't mention the name. If you go here make sure you know somebody that they had and are recommended. I'm sure I could go back and have them fix it but then it would be uncomfortable. I am so mad. Now I have to go to a place that can fix it and waste my day off.

There was some miscommunication with the shop and through the app, but one of the other stylists was actually able to work me in and the haircut turned out great. The TVs at the individual stations are a nice touch and I appreciate the hot towel and hair wash so I don't walk out itchy. Overall, a 3 star but trending up now that I've found two stylists I think I can trust.

This is a national chain and I first tried it out in another state. I really wanted to elevate the quality and consistency I was getting and Roosters did a fine job for a reasonable price. No longer was I worried about what I walked out with. Once I find someone I like, I usually stick with them. Depending on consistency and scheduling availability. For many years my stylist was Mauricio who I saw had many reviews on here and worked out well. Post pandemic shakeout and I landed with Krista. She has been great! Gave me some suggestions to improve my hairstyle which has really worked out. Always friendly, always attentive and always giving me the best cut I can ask for. I'm always confident post haircut and hope she stays for a long time! Roosters makes the scheduling easy on their app, the experience pleasant and has great stylists. They offer a number of services from haircuts to beard trims and full shaves. Yet, it's affordable once you decide to graduate from your $10 haircut.
