I came from at least an hour away but I'm going to explain why: this shop is responsive, they don't waste your time, they're cheaper than the 6 other places that quoted me, they provide great information on what to expect and are knowledgeable in the field, the staff in the shop were quick and friendly, and there's a pleasant little waiting area with free Wi-Fi if you need it! I'm writing this before the work is even done. That's how much I've enjoyed this service and the communication so far. I brought my car in approximately 2 years ago. I just noticed that my windshield tint was peeling off in the upper corner. I called and they told me to come in. This is a late post review. It was around November/December time frame when I got my two Tesla's windows tinted. First, their customer service is amazing. I did a quote through Yelp and the response was quick. When I went in person with my first Tesla for just the rear window since I already had tint on, they explained to me the process and price. Which was reasonable and affordable. While they were doing the tint, I was able to wait in the waiting room. I was satisfied with the service and tint that I brought back my other Tesla and got all of the windows tinted since it did not have any tint on before (I don't have a picture of the white Tesla), but it came out amazing. It definitely blocks out the sun and is hard to peak in. I would recommend them if you're looking for great customer service and tint. read more

Just got the Tesla 3 and needed it tinted. I posted on Yelp for quotes for all windows including windshield. Quotes came in around $650-850. Cris was right in the middle. He was relatively close to my house in Redlands and was available that day. Upon arrival, I found a professional shot. Of course the price quoted was for the cheapest tint. The guy there seemed really honest. He did some up selling. At the end of the day, I wanted quality work and heat reduction. So I went for the middle one. I told him I was paying cash and he gave a discount. It was def the most pricey tint I have paid for (usually get it down in SB). Job was done and it was quality work. Was finished in 4hrs. No issues. So I didn't mind paying more. You def get what you pay for. read more

Got a quote over the phone from Becky. Long story short when I got there, they tried to raise the price and claim that I asked for interior windshield tint. I specifically asked for exterior windshield protection. I already have ceramic tint on my windshield. Call it a miscommunication, but I don't think getting on the phone and arguing with me is appropriate or professional. Jr was the guy that was stuck in the middle and he was very courteous and professional. Would you have honored your word, this review would be 5 stars.
