I called our sales rep Tom immediately, and both he and the owner came to the house that same day and agreed to the change. I cannot overemphasize how knowledgeable Tom is about flooring. He had recommended LVP from the beginning, but I was concerned about the floors being uneven. He went above and beyond to make sure we chose what was best for the house and that we were truly happy with the result. We feel so blessed to have worked with Tom and Wally's Carpet. They understood that we have a special needs child and how important this flooring was to our family. They leveled the floors, changed the order quickly, and made sure everything was done right. Also, I wanted to give the front yard nice curb appeal, and add entry way steps. They had great recommendations for how we could achieve this. They recommended the brick pavers for the walkway and the brick patio area. It love how they cut the brick for that unique pattern and the coloring latches our house. They got this project done in 3 days and each day they cleaned up after themselves as well. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. We found Ivan after searching for the right Ikea cabinet installation company for some time. He was showcased in a custom Ikea cabinet manufacturer page but what set him apart (and ultimately made us choose him vs. others) was the quality and attention to detail that was evident in the pictures from his previous jobs. Our installation consisted of various materials, standard Ikea Sektion boxes, custom acrylic upper doors (push to open), and custom white oak base and tall cabinets. When the job started, Ivan was quick to point out seemingly minor improvements to the original design that made a big difference: we were able to remove/relocate filler pieces that resulted in a cleaner installation. Which brings me to my second point. Whenever there was a decision to be made, however minor, Ivan took the time to stop and consult with us regarding how we wanted to proceed. This is a refreshing take as oftentimes contractors make their own choices without the client's input, resulting in costly changes down the road. Just like the pictures during our installer search, Ivan's work displayed a keen attention to detail. Ivan takes pride on his work and cares about the final product. For instance, after he installed the uppers, we felt that some of the gaps around a corner cabinet section were a bit bigger than the rest. Mind you, this was not a simple door adjustment, but Ivan took the time to remove previously installed side panels to make sure everything lined up precisely. Our friend Pablo says that J&W Lumber is the way Home Depot and Lowe's used to be. It's a real lumber yard. We were able to find things at J&W that are not even available anywhere else around Murrieta. We were assisted by Shawn, who was knowledgeable, courteous and on top of it all. Very pleased! .
