First time visiting and the place is located in a busy strip mall right off valley creek road. There is decent amount of parking, although when we got there, most if not almost all spots were full from all the shops including in the strip mall. There is limited and somewhat awkward seating space so something to watch out for if you eat there. Single file line system for ordering and paying which moves fairly fast. The food portions were fairly generous but for me the taste was ok. It did not have the oomph factor for me. The service is nice also and the folks behind the counter were patient and friendly. Planning on revisiting again and will try different items and will update review accordingly. read more

I used the app to order a build my own salad, and since this was my first order there was a $5 welcome reward. This salad hit the spot, and tasted fresh and healthy. The citrus garlic shrimp was cooked perfectly. All the veggies (carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions, cabbage) were the perfect addition to the bed of mixed greens/kale. I added toppings of hard boiled egg, feta, blue corn chips, and sunflower seeds. My only criticism is that they gave me sesame seeds rather than the sunflower seeds I requested, and the kale included the hard center stems. read more

Visited this location this morning, and we were early so we waited until 8:30am to walk up when they were supposed to open. We tried to open the door at 8:30am and it was still locked. We sat at the front bench outside the front door against their glass windows. We could see a guy working inside behind the counter and thought he would come over to unlock the door. We waited for 8 minutes past their posted time and he still never came over to unlock. Terrible!! You should be open at your posted time. We left. After calling later to speak to someone your apology falls on deaf ears. Your excuse being you didn't see us is severely unprofessional and frankly whether you see or us or not (even though we could see you just fine with your AirPods in) is beside the point since you should be open AT YOUR POSTED TIME. read more

So no input on Ambiance, but Customer Service did a great job on the presentation (check out that Parm ) good mixture of fresh veggies and chicken as well. The Woodbury location was my first experience with Crisp & Green as a whole, and I'm glad to have a healthy fast option. This location gets pretty busy--and loud--so I'd recommend taking your food to go or enjoying it on the patio. The indoor space isn't ideal for a quiet lunch or conversation with friends. The staff is lovely and very friendly. As someone with gluten and dairy allergies, I really appreciate the build-your-own bowl option since the standard menu can be a little tricky to navigate. Tried a healthier alternative for tonight and I am extremely impressed. I always wanted to try this place but salad isn't usually my first choice. However, this year is dedicated to eating healthier. I was pleasantly surprised at how flavorful the bowls were. I got the #Squashgoal bowl and I love the variety of protein and veggies. Best part is that you can always add to the bowl, which I didn't. I came in around 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon and although there appears to be a manager on staff, there's only one person working the line and they have made us all wait about 20 minutes just to get serviced.. at one point the manager stopped the employee to talk to them about a schedule conflict and it was completely disruptive. I would've expected more given that your prices are as high as they are, and this is such a popular place to come to. There was an issue with computer system and the employee had to yell across kitchen line and another 2 minutes of discussion to get help. read more

Employee was very upset and using the F word in front of my 3 young children. Manager did nothing to address the situation. When I emailed corporate office they just denied it and won't even bother giving me a call to discuss what happened. This company has bad values. Great addition to our community to add something different. Food is great and served up quick for an easy takeout. Advise you get your bowl tosses there if that's what you're ordering. A bit pricey, but considering the fresh ingredients and large portions, we think it's worth the premium. Just watch out for the fresh jalapeños, they pack a kick! read more

I have been patronizing this Crisp and Green location for the last few months. Every time I ordered online, and when I showed up at the appointment time, the order was ready. Today was a different story. Order wasn't ready and staff seemed confused. Three or four other people were also waiting for their online order. The people who ordered food in line had their items before we did. After 15 minutes finally received the food. Food was good, but service has taken a nosedive lately. Front of your eyes and you can specify if you want a little more or less of something. They will gladly toss your salad for you or provide its unique dressing on the side. My daughter and I went to check it out. I thought $12.00 was kind of spendy but after getting it home and eating it, I changed my mind. It was delicious and I can get 2 to 3 meals out of it. The only negative is that the pita chips were a bit stale - I noticed they were sitting in an uncovered container. The young man creating my bowl was a good listener and did not add feta cheese, as I had requested. My daughter told me her small acai bowl was not worth the money she paid (it was quite small). There was also no signage that said you need to pay for the acai bowl before you can get it made. My daughter waited a long time and when she asked, the cashier, Jason told her such. He was apologetic and said he would talk to the people on the line to relay this to customers ordering an acai bowl. I would get another salad, not sure about the acai bowl. All in all, I know they just opened up and need to cut them some slack. read more
