Build your own 12oz - mango and blue majik base with strawberries, bananas and granola on top

Saw this when I was running errands and decided to give it a try. I've seen other locations but never tried it. Super cute inside with lots of smoothie bowl options on the menu! I ended up building my own bowl and added mango and blue majik for my bases, then added strawberries bananas and granola on top. I got their 12oz which felt like the perfect size to satisfy me for breakfast. All their bowls are vegan, gluten free, soy free and have no refined sugars. The employees are very friendly and bowls are made quickly. There's a good amount of seating available too! This could be my new smoothie spot and I'm glad one opened in Eagan! Also be sure to join their rewards program. I saw some deals on Facebook to earn bogo free bowls so it's a great way to try out nautical bowls for the first time.

Nice shopping area, easy parking and nice customer service. Are these overpriced? Yes. Do I still get them? Yes. Just like all the other Nautical Bowls - this location is fresh and possesses tropical beach energy. The interior has great natural lighting and surfboard tables to sit at. 3 sizes to select from - enjoy!

Every drink tastes like it's made with high-quality ingredients and a lot of care. The Loon Bowl was also amazing--fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and wholesome, making it a perfect meal or snack. This has become my favorite acai bowl spot in Minnesota, and I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for healthy, delicious, and refreshing food and drinks!

If this company has cameras with audio, I would encourage them to listen back to order 6525 that was placed today, March 19th, 2026 around 5:45 PM. I came to support this establishment because I have yet to do so since the opening, and was excited to contribute to the success of a black owned business. The grounds were clean, and the music was a vibe. I placed my order at the Kiosk, and paid nearly $25 for a $9 juice and $10 smoothie with tax. Both products were wonderful. However, that's not my concern. The service was without a doubt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The man serving the community today began to chat with me, catching up because we were familiar with one another from my previous employer. After asking where I was working now, he began to solicit me with job opportunities within Life Juices and on his own personal product line, offering me $500 to assist him with marketing. (Mind you, this is very similar to the conversation we had when I met him the first time, he let me know then that he's co-owner of Life Juices and also offered me job opportunities.) When I declined, he asked why do "black women" act like this or that (I don't remember exactly what was said) At this point, I'm annoyed and offended. After I respectfully read him his rights, I told him I don't want him to make my juice and I'd like my money back. He randomly referred to himself as a Pharaoh and let me know that he would begin making my order. As I'm waiting for my order, two other patrons walk up to place an order. The man serving took this as an opportunity to poke fun at me with one of them, saying I don't recognize a Pharaoh when I see one, and dapping up the stud. Now, I did my best to be a good sport. They began to joke that I don't even know what Pharaoh means. I decide that I'm not going to pay attention anymore. As I bend down to give my three year old juice, the patron leaned over to ask "do you know what pharaoh mean" I responded and said "it means King". She then returned to the conversation with the man working discussing how women need to do better when they see a Pharaoh (that's just a paraphrase) Now if you get a chance to listen to the audio, I was referred to out of my name during this conversation (meaning the b word) and I'm trying to figure out how did we get here when I just came to order some juice that I didn't even want in the first place- just supporting a local business. SMH I'm so upset, honestly. The audacity of these people to refer to me out of my name in front of my three year old son was so distasteful. The audacity to include this random patron that I don't know to poke fun at any person, but me..? a person who just supported your establishment. All because I declined your advances? If you're reading this, shame on you. Do better.

Just had my first-ever visit to Nautical Bowls in Edina, and wow - consider me officially obsessed…read more I ordered the Sunrise Bowl and let me tell you, it was bursting with flavor in every bite. We're talking tropical, refreshing, energizing - like a fruity daydream in a bowl. I'm not kidding when I say - this may be a once a week lunch! The vibe? Immaculate. I enjoyed my bowl out on the patio with a good friend, soaking up the sun like the smoothie bowl-loving lizard I was meant to be. Fresh ingredients, and the kind of healthy that doesn't feel like a compromise. It's more like a treat with benefits. Can't believe I waited this long to go - definitely won't be my last visit! The girl who helped us was so fast! And, I was particularly impressed with her ability to cut a banana so quickly and in art form! Highly recommend if you're looking for a tasty escape in the middle of Edina! Oh, one last comment, parking is only available on the street, so while not in issue on a Wednesday afternoon, it could be on a weekend!
