During the test drive, the battery was completely dead -- not a great first impression -- though they were able to jump it and get things going. The actual buying process was smooth, and the salesperson (Jane) was the highlight of the experience. She made the purchase feel straightforward and positive but that soon changed once I made the purchase. Unfortunately, the customer service ended the moment I drove off the lot. Not long after purchasing the vehicle, I noticed a slow tire leak. I had it inspected by a certified professional, who confirmed the issue was caused by a cracked rim -- something easily missed if the rims aren't thoroughly checked during inspection. When I contacted the dealership, they immediately assumed I caused the damage, even though I never hit anything, never drove on a flat, and have zero reason to believe this happened after leaving the dealership. Their attitude made it clear: once the sale is done, they take no responsibility. For a dealership that I just bought a $35K+ vehicle from, the lack of accountability and support is unacceptable. I expected better treatment and basic post-purchase care. I would not recommend this dealership. They are helpful until you sign the papers -- after that, you're on your own. STAY AWAY.

The car salesman no longer responds to text messages or assists with resolutions to issues. My latest issue was the purchase of a backup key. I fought 2hrs of traffic to pickup key and get it programmed only to find out the key was not cut correctly rendering it not usable after waiting a month. I made an inquiry to the manager by email if the concern could be escalated and no response ytd. Once the sale was done they washed hands with me and left me hanging. Crazy thing is I was referring customers to the location and have advised them not to move forward. I'm so disappointed at the response I'm receiving from this location. I made my appointment online to make sure they had adequate time to work on my vehicle. There wasn't many people working on a Saturday but unfortunately due to my work schedule, I had to make my appointment online on a Saturday. I made my service appointment with Carly who was super friendly upon check in. She told me it would be approximately 2 hours. I was like no problem. The waiting area inside was nice and big. There were TVs, coffee, cold bottled waters, and some fresh popped popcorn. There was color books, toy cars, and etc for the little kids. Bathrooms were clean. I checked out the showroom had a nice variety of cars there. The sales employees were friendly and asked me if I needed help. A super friendly master technician offered to give my little kid ice cream which made his day! We spoke and he was super knowledgeable and nice. By this time, Carly came to tell me that my car was ready. It was actually finished a lot faster than I expected. They were running oil change specials where you can get them like for 3 for $200 or 2 for $145. Great prices for oil changes. I had a super great first experience here and can't wait to come back again. I definitely recommend this dealership if you need to bring your Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler/Ram to get serviced!

He promised the car was pulled off the floor pending sale. Then BOOM they sold the car to someone else. Falsely claimed we "refused" to sign paperwork that was never sent. Should have seen red flag when they advertised a $699 doc fee included in the price, and their first offer used the same price, plus the $699 doc fee. Do NOT trust these guys; they prove the stereotype of used car salesman!!!

When I called, there were a few vehicles that had caught my eye. However, I needed to drive them and compare some features. When I arrived, the salesman was ready with the keys. Since I had replaced the brakes just last year, I decided to get a second opinion before spending that kind of money. I then took my truck to another shop for an alignment and a brake inspection. They found that my brake pads are still at approximately 50% on all four wheels and do not need to be replaced. This experience has completely damaged my trust in the service department. Being told I needed over $1,000 in unnecessary repairs is unacceptable. I strongly encourage anyone who is quoted expensive repairs to get a second opinion before authorizing the work. It could save you a lot of money. I won't be returning for service, and I hope this review helps other customers make an informed decision.

WRONG i was. upon driving the car for 2 weeks, the drivetrain malfunctioned, alternator broke, radiator broke, several leak codes popped up all at the same time, and it required 7k to fix. ended up just biting the bullet and fixing it only for it to blow up again. BEWARE, they will HAPPILY and KNOWINGLY sell you a faulty car and cost you LOTS of money and headache. They have a free coffee bar for customers! Derrick and Nathaniel were our customer service representatives and they were helpful and allowed us to use our coupon we found online and they gave us an additional $10 off. How kind! The best thing is how unbelievably fast it was to get an oil change without an appointment. 20 minutes and they helped me out by offering additional services. After getting my approval, they put on new windshield wiper blades, cabin filter, and an air filter for the motor. The prices were quoted to me and they showed me the old dirty filters. Best of all the mechanics noticed my vehicle had a leaking rubber boot at the axle area. Which was great timing since my vehicle is within warranty and I can have the repair done free of charge at the dealership. I had called another shop about an oil change and they told me my car would have to be dropped off and I could pick it up in six hours. What a joke, no way. Having my oil changed and other items replaced in 20 minutes was a miraculous accomplishment!
