With that said, I was looking for a GMC Yukon with the LS engine in it and my boss happened to over hear me. He happened to know of Auto Sales Cumming so I looked the up and they had the exact car I was looking for. I had a set budget and this care fit well within the budget. I looked under the hood and through out the whole car. I could tell that the car was well used; however, whoever does the cleaning and detailing with the car was a master. It is a 2003 model well used but well maintained and well cleaned. I had a 2003 Taurus Station wagon that just did not have enough room for my family of six and I was getting ready to drive to Maine. Not only did this vehicle make it to main and back, it has continued to be reliable. The only thing I have had to do to the car is get a new battery. I would seriously recommend purchasing a car from this business. They are fair and they even gave me some trade in value for a vehicle I was not expecting any from. I am planning on buying my next car from them, something for commuting.

I found a Nissan Murano that I was super interested in on Facebook that they were selling. I went back and forth with them for weeks, as we are 1.5 hours away from them. I was clear I wanted to hammer out financials before we made the drive. They made an agreement with me on my trade and the price of the Murano and we even filled out the financing paperwork online - I made the trip out early on a Saturday morning. Don didn't even greet us. He walked right by us and looked at my Dodge Ram trade in and snubbed his nose at it saying he couldn't give me what they had agreed to give because of XY&Z. My reply was that he didn't ask for pictures and I offered to send them. When my response was that we need to work the numbers so that my bottom line is still the same, he simply said that he didn't want to do business with me and would pass. I was flabergasted as I have bought 15 cars over my lifetime and NEVER had a carsales man talk to me in such a rude manner and stone wall the negotiations. I truly believe if my husband would have said the samething to him, it would have been a completely different conversation and he would have come back with - "well this is why I can't do that....", or "well let's allow you to look at the Murano and redicuss numbers and well see what the best we can do is". Simple customer service skills these people DO NOT posses and obviously not very good sales people either. There are way, way, way to many used cars out there to want to hand $11k to some jerk that doesn't want my money anyways. I can only infer that the Murano had issues and he knew it was not going to be an easy railroad sale for him. Save yourself time, energy and probably a lot of money and just buy from ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I wanted to take my car home and it had seemed clean enough when we test drove it an hour before but they insisted and gave me a loaner instead. When I came to pick up the car it smelled vaguely of gas but I didn't think too much of it. By that evening the gasoline smell was nauseating. They never admitted it but it seems they'd overfilled the gas tank. It took a week before the smell went away. On top of that, within about week or two one of the wipers was falling off and the battery for the one key fob they'd given me was in need of a change. Given all this I have no confidence in their mechanical team's attention to detail. Wish that were the end though. After a month and a half and several phone calls they still hadn't sent out my license plate and couldn't explain why not. Spoke with several finance people who promised to look into it and call back with an answer and they never did. Bottom line go elsewhere if you can. This place has serious problems at many levels. Even if they have a slightly better price you'll get a much better experience at other nearby dealerships. I've bought from milton-martin in gainesville and carland in alpharetta and had great experiences both times.

My experience with Nissan of Cumming over the past three weeks has been extremely disappointing --…read moreand the frustrating part is that it didn't have to be. The salesman I worked with was great: professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, everything that happened after the sale has been the complete opposite. When I purchased my 2024 Nissan Frontier, the online listing clearly showed the truck with a bed cover and included a price. Any reasonable buyer would assume the bed cover was part of the deal. After driving three hours to get there, I discovered the bed cover was missing. When I asked about it, the salesman told me I needed to speak with the GM, Alex. I had to leave before speaking with him, so I called afterward and left a voicemail. Despite this happening within the last three weeks, Alex has never returned my call and never answers when I'm transferred to him. During the negotiation, I was told they couldn't lower the price because of all the aftermarket add‑ons. One of those add‑ons was aftermarket fog lights -- which don't work. When I brought the truck back to have them fixed, the dealership told me they couldn't do anything about it. So they were willing to charge more for aftermarket upgrades, but not willing to stand behind them. I also asked them to check the headlights because the right‑side beam was too high. Their service report claimed they adjusted it. Once I got home, I immediately saw they had done nothing. I know this because I performed the standard 25‑foot wall test the night before and again afterward -- the beam was exactly the same. Between the misleading listing, the lack of communication, the refusal to take responsibility for the add‑ons they used to justify the price, and the fact that they documented work they clearly didn't perform, I cannot recommend Nissan of Cumming. The salesman was great, but the dealership's management and service department showed poor communication, poor service, and zero accountability.
