I was almost about to give up until we happened to be heading home from Knotts Berry Farm and found this place. Janeth was friendly and helpful. The main obstacle is that my Spanish is very limited so we worked together to figure it out for the most part and eventually she used her phone so we could fully communicate. Since she didn't have a ninja pinata made, she offered to make one and we discussed the height, design and cost. I found the cost to be extremely reasonable. True to her word, it was ready on the day she mentioned and I am SO happy with the result. It's exactly what I described and the craftsmanship is very clean too - I'm so pleased. I was told the specific one I was looking for was almost double in size than what it actually was. When I arrived and found myself troubled by the size she tried to say she never gave me those dimensions. Luckily I saved my text. When I asked to go down in price since the size was not what was provided she ignored me and had someone else assist me and tell me no. Drove all this way with my son only to walk away empty handed and treated poorly. Definitely won't come back.

I went the day before to put my order in, left my information and agreed to pickup my order at 9 instead of 830 so my order could be ready. I get there and I see the balloons that I orders, but they still have not been blown up. This sets me back over 20 minutes, which is a MASSIVE setback and have to call other spots to tell them I'm going to be late picking up other necessities for the party.
