We used Celebrations for my daughters baby shower on 5/30/2021. From the moment I spoke with the owner a few weeks before the shower until the day of the shower she and her staff were amazing. Answered all my questions, gave me suggestions and provided excellent customer service. The drivers who brought the balloon arch out and then picked it up were also awesome to work with. The balloon arch was beautiful and everyone loved it. Cindy who works in the office was available every time I had a question and so was the owner. I have used this company before for tables and chairs with no issues, great customer service, and everything was clean. I recently referred my mom to them for a wedding reception she was hosting. She ordered a 30' white tent and was told that it was "bright white" and clean. When it arrived and was set up it was dirty and frayed. There were tables were breaking and sharp and needed repair or to be retired from the rental world. The chairs had fresh lettuce on them and were god awful dirty. This place has everything to rent for all your party needs which I love. Just wish they wouldn't say one thing and it's another once items arrive. And doesn't anyone think to clean things? read more

I rented five lamp post style lights for my backyard since I was having a later baby shower and with the sun setting sooner, we definitely needed light! The lights were delivered the day before the party and the delivery guy showed me how they all connected to one another for easy set up. I called Friday morning, they had a snow cone machine that I could rent for $45 bucks. Not bad for a 4th of July weekend, if I picked up the unit, I could keep it until Tuesday. My friend was having a party for her husband and asked me to pick up the tables and chairs that she ordered over the phone. My friend told me that the person on the phone made sure she understood that they were going to close at 4 on that day and that we would need to be there to pick up before then. I told my friend that I will be there at 3:30 no later. I have never been to Celebrations and decided to go there the day before to make sure I was not late trying to find the place. I found the place easily and decided to walk in and see what their prices were. My friend told me that they had great prices and that I should use them for my daughter's birthday party that I was starting to plan. I walked in and a doorbell rang to let the workers know someone had walked in. I began to look around and saw pamphlets on a table with their prices. About 5 minutes later a lady walked towards me and said, "You here for a pick up?" I replied no and began to tell her why I was there but she turned towards one of the desks in the second room and cut me off saying, "feel free to look in our show room" and then walked back into the warehouse where she had originally came from. I took a quick peek into the second room, which I assumed was the showroom she was talking about, but felt weird looking around because it looked half like an office and half a showroom. I left thinking to myself, maybe they were just busy and she would of took more time to greet and let me ask questions if she wasn't. The next day at about 2:45 PM my friend called and said that Celebrations called asking if she could come early to pick up the order because they close soon. My friend replied that it is a surprise party that this phone call almost gave away and that someone was going to pick them up at 3:30 PM because over the phone the worker told her they closed at 4. The lady on the phone said, "oh, well one of our workers has to leave early" and the we will need to get there before 3:30. Luckily I was ready and not too far. We brought our truck and SUV. I went inside by myself and walked through the same door that set off the door bell. I walked immediately into the second room and saw a man standing in the back of the warehouse out by the alley. He was talking to someone, and I assumed he was a customer (because he didn't have any type of uniform or professional look attire) talking to the worker (who I could not see due to the chairs and tables in the way). He made several eye contacts with me and continued to talk to who ever was behind the tables and chairs. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes and then began to get impatient. As their conversation turned into what they did over the weekend and what letters they write on Facebook to their babe I decided that this was not a customer and that I should interrupt. Just then the phone rang and the two people put out their cigarettes and started to walk towards me and the lady, who I didn't see before, said, "Hahaha, we thought we heard someone come in. Hold on for a second" answered the phone and quickly put them on hold. She then began to help me. To give me my change she had to dig into her own purse, which gave me the feeling she was the owner or someone in charge. She asked if I brought a truck, and I started to reply, "Yes, I have my car and...." she cuts me off with a laugh and says, "CAR??? You DO know you have two 8 foot tables, right?" I said, "Sorry not a car. My SUV and a truck" Then thought to myself holly cow, wrong word and I get laughed at and cut off again. This place was unprofessional and rude. They do have great prices, but after the service I got on two different days I will not be recommending this place to friends and family. I hope who ever is reading this will have a better experience and that it was just a bad weekend for them when I went there. read more

Celebrations was so easy to work with and so helpful! They dropped off the rentals to our ceremony venue promptly at 8 a.m. and stayed until 10 a.m. to pick them up. They don't charge extra for exact time pick-up and their items were clean and presentable. They were also the cheapest place by far (we also checked Classic Party in Santa Ana and Best of the Best in Fountain Valley, which, incidentally, isn't). I was impressed with how efficient they were in set-up and didn't worry one bit because they were so reassuring through the entire process (which the other aforementioned rental companies, were not). read more

Celebrations had the best prices of the places we researched; they were very reasonable and fair. Sandy and Cindy were both super helpful during the process of figuring out what we needed (there was a lot of going back and forth as we changed our mind a couple times). They were also very helpful in working with the fire department to make sure things were up to code (the day of the event was raining and we wanted the tent we rented closer to the main office than we initially said; Sandy came out when the fire department did and helped us iron things out). Just 1 week before my party (held back on March 23) I found out that we were having many more folks than I thought. I was so relieved when I frantically called this business (I called several) and not only did they have everything I needed for my father's 75th Motown Themed Birthday party, their pricing was so reasonable that I canceled other orders I had placed elsewhere and went with these guys 100%.
