We rented a soft play setup from this business. At pickup, the business owners were couple that accused us of intentionally wetting the equipment because we had cleaned our concrete yard in the front part of our house with soap and water after the party. This accusation is completely false. We respect other people's property and would never intentionally damage rented equipment. The equipment was placed on grass and picked up in the evening on a day with extremely high humidity reaching up to 100%. As a result, there was visible condensation on the grass, vehicles, and surrounding surfaces. We calmly attempted to explain this and even pointed out the condensation as evidence. Unfortunately, both owners repeatedly interrupted us and refused to listen. The husband raised his voice and yelled at me, my husband, and my sister. The husband's behavior escalated to the point where he made an inappropriate and threatening comment about proving he could fight my husband. We kept saying how unprofessional his behavior was and how there was no need to get to that level. His conduct was alarming, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. When I asked what the resolution would be, the husband stated there would be a $100 fee. Immediately after, the wife stated the fee was $150. Wanting the confrontation to end, I paid the $150 on the spot. Afterward, it became clear that the fee was arbitrarily increased, and when questioned, the wife stated that it was "her business" and "her fee." At no point did either owner apologize or attempt to handle the situation professionally. This experience was hostile, intimidating, and unethical. I strongly caution others to reconsider using this business, as no customer should be treated this way or pressured into paying inconsistent fees under harassment.

He responded quickly to every one of the questions or changes I had before the party date. He was quick to provide a written quote. He was on time with the delivery and pick up time set. I love this company! I have used them multiple times at different locations and they always deliver/set up on time and have best the best prices in town. They are very reliable and available. Over the years I have rented tables and chairs, kid tables and kid chairs, jumpers, 100 balloons, table cloths.... everything was in clean and in good condition. The owners have great customer service. I recommend them to all my friends! I just rented a jumper with barely a week's notice for last minute party yesterday and they were awesome! We have used Jokers Party Rental on at least 4 occassions for birthdays, graduations, family events, etc. They are truly a one stop shop from party supples, balloons, tents, taco bar, heaters etc. Carlos and his wife are very reliable and thorough in letting us whats included in their rentals, packages, decor, taco bar (which is great) and very tasty. Their tables, chairs, machines and jumpers are very clean and well kept. Their prices are very reasonable and would highly recommend them for your party needs. They offer a variety of packages that make it super easy.We chose Package #3, which included a spacious 20x20 canopy, tables, and plenty of chairs for our guests all at a reasonable price. The canopy was sturdy, and all the tables and chairs were in great condition. Plus, the free delivery within 7 miles was a lifesaver! We got a jumper and 20 chairs for a hell of a deal, even leaving them overnight til middle of next day for no extra charge!! We just had our baby shower and it was expected to rain. Carlos was very attentive and offered to stop by a few days prior to take measurements of our back yard and gave us options on tents. Last Saturday I rented 50 chairs and 10 tables. Carlos was here at 8:00 AM and he unloaded for me. Sunday he came back at 8:00 AM again to pick them up.
