I texted Carlos at the number provided 2 months in advance to my daughters baptism and although I was shopping around for quotes, I ultimately decided to go with Carlos's company because he answered right away and was able to book my event immediately. The service that he's provided from this party rental company is phenomenal not only because you can tell he really cares about his business but also how easy he makes it to rent with his company. I originally asked for a quote for 8 round tables, 80 chairs a 10x20 tent, regular jumper,8 round linens, but due to last minute cancel rvsp, I texted Carlos asking for another quote for 5 round tables, 1 rectangle table, 5 linen, 50 chairs, and jumper. Originally he quoted me for the 10x20 but called me 4 days in advance to make sure I wanted the 10x20 because it wouldn't fit all tables I rented under the tent. He then proceeded to give me advice between the 20x20 and 20x30 tent which was a great idea because with the heat the day of our baptism, everyone was saying how much cooler it was sitting under the tent! He was able to set up the Friday night before the event and pick up the Sunday morning after. I highly recommend jokers party rental and will definitely definitely go with him for future rentals! Also a PRO-- he takes Zelle, Venmo in case you don't have cash! But I still recommend having cash on hand! read more
