Despite the wet weather and gnarly SoCal traffic, they were not too late beyond their promised time frame ... about an hour later. They accommodated our updated space plan due to the wind and rain and wiped down each seat with disinfecting wipes and Magic Eraser before placing. We had a great experience with Otay Party Rentals!! We were looking to rent tables, chair and a bouncy house for our baby shower, and Otay was both local and had such great prices. I contacted them via their website and received a response and a quote within the week. We rented the standard castle jumper, tables, chairs and umbrellas, plus set up and breakdown. Any changes to your rental order should be communicated at least 3 days before the event (we ended up reducing the number of chairs and tables and it was really easy). On the day of the event, they arrived at 9:30am (setup window was 7:30-10:30am) and set up everything within 45 min or so. The staff were super friendly and professional, they wiped down all the chairs and tables while setting up and were very accommodating while setting everything up. For breakdown, they actually called and asked if they could pick up the next day, which was fine with us! They picked everything up the next morning in about 20-30 min.
