I really like that they have the integrity of your tree in mind. I have a large white pine that I get trimmed every few years. I wanted quite a bit trimmed off and the estimator let me know that trees like this pine don't like to be trimmed very much as they will start to die and suggested to me the most they could do without harming the tree. I appreciate they told me that instead of just do it as much as I wanted because I would hate to lose it due to over-trimming. I also like that they got the job done quickly and there was no mess left behind.
