I hadn't known, but apparently Sundays are open knitting days, so there was a group of knitters and crocheters who seemed to be having a real fun time together. There answers were short. No other customers were in the store! I bought $200 worth of yarn. When I went up to the counter with my purchases, one of them started to be nice. Two other customers cane into the store while I was shopping. These women were very friendly to them. I've been knitting for sixty years. I used to manage fabric stores. I know what good customer service is. I will never walk into that store again.

I spent about 15 minutes in the shop, picking up several different skeins of yarn to inspect the fibers and composition. No one was at the register. I ruined my project because of them, wasn't able to do on time and because of the colors I do not know what to do with these 4 different color of balls. I never asked them to wind for me, they did it because that is not that obvious of color difference.
