So we wasted a whole day waiting on this appt that was scheduled for 3 (also wrong services put in his chart). I will be finding somewhere else for my grooming. It really ticks my off when I get to the register and they ask me for my phone number. That's because the owners of petco want their customer's to think that they're going to save money. And actually you will. When you spend 50 dollars, you can save 0.50 cents. You spend 100 dollars and you can save a whopping one dollar. But wait, there's a catch! You have to spend that 50 dollars ten times before you get your 5 dollars off. You can go to walmart across the street and buy ten cans of the same pet food and you save one dollar instantly. Now you tell me how much you love petco?
