Knowing it was going to rain, I called on Monday to ask them to come earlier in the week to make sure the grounds were sprayed. They told me "not to worry about it" and that they would "take care of it." This was untrue. Now the day before my wedding, it is raining. They refuse to spray. That's not even the worst part. I spoke with Abbey, a manager in the store. She was dismissive, rude, and defensive about her poor customer service and her company's failure to live up to its responsibility. In fact, she refused to take any responsibility, blaming the weather and saying there was "nothing they could do." I did point out they could have come earlier in the week, they could have communicated with us better that they wouldn't be able to spray with the rain, and that we might have issues. But we were left in the dark until the day before the event that there would be no spraying. This was upsetting, and then on top of that to have Abbey be condescending on the phone with people who do not know pest control or what it entails was the worst customer service experience of my life. I will be reporting to the better business bureau, and I would never recommend this company for any special event. I was able to contact Orkin who took care of my pest needs and were pleasant and appreciative of the fact this was my wedding and a very important occasion.

woohboy, i need a vacation. 4 stars…read more so between bats and mice and bees, its like marlon perkins in this place, next varmint to address, the bats. my bug guy didnt handle bats, so here comes WCS and Shane. as you saw, hes a knowledgeable guy who tries his best. i was told, unless you can keep eyes on the bat 100% of the time, its going to be a crap shoot, i knew what i was in for. they have a 'normal' rate, plus if they catch the bat its an extra 125, but if you need them to drop everything for an 'emergency' (you ever hear my wife when she sees a bat?) thats more and even more more at night. normally i wouldnt have an issue with this price structure, but am i supposed to make an appointment with the bat to be seen? bats arent fun, and they dont use googlemeets! the whole thing isnt very practical and honestly, i have tennis racquets in every corner of the house now cause im sure the bat isnt going to sat in the same area for an hour until they show up. i was also reciting some of the info on their site, which turned out to not be accurate as they just let chatgpt write their entire website... as for other varmints? no idea, but they looked prepared, so hopefully your issue is solved. i am certainly not researching bat removal anymore, im just dealing. anyway, its been an expensive day, im just hoping this service pays off. can you make cheese from bat milk? ew
