Highly, HIGHLY recommend this place!!…read more I kept seeing videos of this place on Tiktok and it got me hooked! Their videos really lived up to it's hype. They have all sorts of games that challenged your agility, problem solving and speed. I really enjoyed the super grid, hide (gave squid game vibes), and hoops room the most. You can play competitively or co-op and they have I think 10 levels for each game. They also gave us a locker to put all our stuff in. It was $25 plus tax for 75 mins of gaming. It was very fun and tiring but I would definitely come back again. I can't wait til they open up their Toronto location!

I enjoyed that the experience is timed and let's you visit and play as many of the over 20 games as possible. I also enjoyed the automated process when you enter a game with your group. You scan your wrist band at the check in screen where the game is and you follow the prompts. Once your game is done you are instructed to leave the room, so the next group can play. However, there were times where people would take their time leaving and would ruin the start of our game. We spoke to the front desk and they apologized and knew that this is an issue they are working on a solution. Games includes laser mazes, target shooting, hoops, puzzle rooms and more! Highly recommend if you are looking for a team building activity or a night out with friends

We are so happy and also so sad to be writing this review because this means our wedding is over!…read moreFrom the moment we heard about an all-inclusive type venue in a neighbouring city, to the first meeting, all the way up to the last hour of the wedding, we had a fabulous time and amazing service. The Atrium really does deliver on a "stress-free" wedding package. Some of our favourite parts of the process: -working with Kylie, Alex, and Tanner to make sure every detail was unique and perfect -the AMAZING drinks and friendly service from the mixologist, Patrick -having original signature drinks that our guests LOVED -the out-of-this world anti-pasto buffet, 4-course dinner, dessert display, and the late-night live-pierogi station in addition to the late night food -the 4-tier cake that was included in the package and made in-house -the beautiful venue (especially the patio and the bridal suite) -the recommendation for our wedding photographer, Moussa (FotoReflection) -the small touches like the pianist and wonderfully decorated backdrop -the shuttle service to the hotel and the service received at the Hilton Garden Inn Did I mention how good the food was? We had a lot of guests with dietary restrictions and Alex was able to accommodate it all. This is especially impressive when catering to a large Italian family. We felt like we didn't have to "plan" for anything because the Atrium truly took care of all of the important things. This was amazing throughout the last two years due to all of the COVID concerns. They always kept us in the loop, celebrated with us when we were able to have our food and cake tasting, and really did deliver on a safe and fun wedding. I have no regrets choosing the Atrium for the best event of my life and we are so happy that we had no challenges that whole day. I can't wait to have my next event, or even better, be able to attend someone else's wedding there! Looking forward to continue being a part of the Atrium family. Olivia & Erik

We were told we were "now family", yet the owner (Alex) on multiple occasions kept referencing "mother of the bride", and set up a spot for our mother at the menu tasting stating we were just waiting on her to arrive. We had to continuously remind him our mother passed away even on the day of the Wedding. When corrected he did not respond with an apology or any compassion. Several other issues but this one hurt the most.

There is a guided tour as soon as you enter the Festival portion of the park. Our guide was quite funny and enthusiastic, even though the conditions were quite cold and she was donning her Victorian garb. The tour consisted of stops complete with visual demonstrations of how collecting syrup has evolved throughout the years. Approx. 20-30mins. At the end of that tour, there are several barn looking structures where you get to defrost and peruse for yourself, take goofy pics, buy maple syrup stuff (not made on-site & other unrelated things which the park thinks you may grab), climb hay bales (outdoors), buy Maple Taffy ($2 for a small-ish sized stick), visit an old Victorian house, etc. Then after all that's done, ideally you'll like to climb aboard the free "wagon ride", a.k.a. tractor that pulls a trailer and have space for the Pancake House. Good: - well organised, complete with good signage - friendly staff all around - informative and tour is geared towards children, so it should keep their interest - there are affordable treats along the way, $0.50 for a small maple syrup candy, Maple Taffy - meals aren't terribly expensive either, $25/3-4 ppl with 10 pancakes, bacon/sausages, 4 small cups of maple syrup Meh: - there was quite a line-up at the Pancake House and even if you get food, you are NOT guaranteed seating indoors. It's better to have a family/friend reserve a table indoors while someone else gets the food. Otherwise, you're eating in the freezing cold! DRESS ACCORDINGLY! It's better to be over-dressed than under. Most of the activities are outdoors in an open field, so prepare for that. Dog Owners: I did see a few dogs on the tour, but they weren't allowed on certain parts of the tour, re: any of the indoor locales OR the wagon ride.

I've been trying to register for the Winter 2026 session and I've been trying to get in for an hour now. First the site was down, now it only shows a handful of classes. I took time out of my day (as I always have to) to get this done and it's not working. I tried calling the gym, but the lines are "busy" - when does that ever happen anymore?! For all the money they collect from registration, they should update their website and registration process and maybe they won't have so many pissed off parents. Will they respond to me, probably not.

My child had run over to the trampoline and as I'm making my way she yells "you HAVE to watch your kid. Which was exactly what I was doing. And that was fine because I thought maybe she didn't see me heading over to the trampoline etc (trying to understand her point of view). But it's when she walked away and decided to talk about me to the other coach about how parents don't watch their kids etc which got me. I already had a bad impression of her when I got there but after that it really got me upset. I left my kid with my husband for the rest of the class. I just didn't feel welcomed. I really want to request a refund for the next 9 classes we signed up for. My husband said after that the same coach was telling other people off too. It's ok to make people aware but there's a way to do it without belittling them.. Other than that lady, the receptionist is pretty awesome.
