Sales Department…read more Their sales department is 5 stars by my standards. They are friendly and knowledgeable about their ATVs as well as motorcycles. They will tell you about financing specials and rebates. Parts Department Their parts manager is very helpful but could be a little more friendly and more tactful. I do buy my parts from him though as I have been for 12 years. I rate their parts department 3 stars. Service Department Their service is 4 stars. They will fix you ATVs and motorcycles but they take a little more longer than sometimes when they say they will be rated . In summary, I give them 4 stars overall. I would recommend them to anybody. I'm sure I could have done it, but I decided to let a tech handle it. I scheduled an appointment and when I got there, I felt like I was bothering the service writer. He let on like I wasn't in the system (10 year customer), and as if I had no appointment scheduled. I had to repeat the service that I wanted multiple times. I never got a call that it was done (after waiting a week) and when I went to pick it up, the same guy acted like he was being bothered again and sent Waldo (who seems cool) to look for it to see if it was even there. The receipt was cryptic and I'm not sure a coolant flush was actually done. He wasn't either. I have some gripes with the parts counter over the years too. However, HD started putting their parts diagrams online and that has helped me a lot. I just go in and tell them part numbers these days. If I ask for more than a couple of items though, they seem bothered by that. Maybe I don't look the part, but I've been riding bikes since I was a teenager. I guess I don't fit in there or something. Still love my bikes and the wife is getting a 2020 Sportster Forty-Eight soon. I doubt that I'll take it to the service dept. Maybe I'll get a few service parts there.

After waiting two months, found that they Completely jacked up my kids ATV. They forgot to install a critical gasket and rubber vacuum port cap so it stopped running after 15 minutes. They proceeded to tell me that it was not their fault and that "sometimes these things happen". In addition to this, they charged me another $125 to fix a problem they created. They are sketchy, dishonest and don't know what they are doing. Seriously, take your ATV, motorcycle or jet ski somewhere else to get repaired.

I bring it back to them and the put new oil in and tell me the bike is fine. But it sounds like shit. It's knocking and ticking so loud and the owner tells me this is how they all sound. I didn't realize they were not qualified to do warranty work with Suzuki which they did not mention. So my warranty is now void. So they charged me 230 bucks to ruin a brand new bike.
