A three day visit to Crockfords was not nearly enough. The over-the-top customer service, immaculate rooms and a general feeling for ambiance throughout the hotel keeps us returning. Surprisingly, there are two new additions to the Crockfords experience. The first is the newly opened Club 66, which offers a simple brunch in the morning and appetizers in the afternoon with an awesome view of the strip. Expect to be wowed by the blueberry muffins on the brunch buffet. Also brand new is the weekend tea service. Called "The Royal Pour," it turns the lobby into an elegant tea party with soft, live music, delicate floral tea cups, and a large variety of sandwiches and pastries. Not to be missed are the lavender scones. Highly recommend! read more

Came here 03/03/2023. Let my review be the one to clear up all the confusion. Resorts World Las Vegas is compound at the north end of the Strip that houses: Hilton Las Vegas, Conrad Las Vegas, Crockford's LXR Las Vegas, The District, and the Resorts World Casino. There. 5 different entities inside the "Resorts World Complex". 1. Hilton: the lowest-end cheapest hotel (have not stayed here yet) 2. Conrad: the mid-tier hotel (have not stayed here yet) 3. Crockford's: the luxury hotel (amazing) 4. The District: the food court, restaurant, and shopping complex on the ground floor - across the street from Wynn/Tacos el Gordo 5. Casino - self explanatory (Genting Rewards) Ok, now that being said, I stayed at Crockford's from Mar 3-5 for my birthday. HOTEL REVIEW: Google Maps has the wrong address for the Crockford's valet/main entrance. It's actually on Resorts World Ave (past Goh Tong Way). I booked this reservation through Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts and paid about $500/night (before taxes and fees). I told the reservations department ahead of time that I was celebrating a birthday and would like a suite upgrade. CHECK-IN: We arrived at 3:30 PM Friday and went to check in. Even with the FHR upgrade power and a birthday celebration, they weren't able to do anything. They offered me an entertainment suite upgrade for an additional $350/night but I didn't feel like it was worth it on top of $500/night room rate. The room wasn't ready at the time so they "upgraded" us to one with higher ceilings. The upgrade was one category from city view to strip view, so a whopping $10 upgrade. Guess that's what happens when you book the base room. They told me no availability on the suites but it was wide open on the entertainment suites. Like come on, it's a birthday, is there really a need to upcharge? Valet is COMPLIMENTARY for Crockford's guests. PROBLEM #1: Vegas is known for its service, and Crockford's is meant to be a luxury resort at the level of Wynn. Even though it was my birthday and clearly noted all over the reservation, I didn't receive a single greeting or complimentary perk. I saw in some other reviews that other guests received complimentary champagne, complimentary cakes, and food credit. Nope, not for me, zilch. Felt pretty disappointed that on top of booking through Amex and it being only a 2 night stay (short), the resort gave me nothing. ROOM: It's really nice. A bit small (550 sqft?), but all Crockford's rooms are on floors 59-66. Floors 63-66 have high ceilings which really expand the room. Complimentary theragun massager is provided and the room is BRIGHT, almost to the point where I wish they let you dim them more than one level. You can just tell that the room is modern, fresh, and clean. I would stay here again without a second thought. PROBLEM #2: Our room didn't have a tub even after specifically requesting one, and nothing was offered for the lack of it. How are you gonna come to Vegas and not have a tub?? CASINO: Mins are high during weekends (I play high limit though). $200-$500 BJ, $300 Roulette. It's clean and the dealers are friendly. Drinks are great (coconut water for me). Their rewards program sucks and it's not fleshed out yet like MGM. Offers are sporadic. I had lots of play during my stay so they comped my resort fees. Couldn't comp my room since I booked through Amex. Made $5000 on the trip. FOOD: Tons of dining options. Classic Vegas overpricing but I thought that the breakfast was great at The Kitchen (a-la-carte). Pizza place was decent but slices are $8. I would come back to try Genting Palace, the Steakhouse, and Allie on 66. I tried room service at Crockford's (scallops, nachos, smore cake) and it was delicious even at 2 AM, just wish that we had a suite upgrade for some more eating space. Overall, the resort is externally polished but there were some service misses and I felt no special perks on a birthday trip. Disappointing but the facilities are top-notch. I'm here visiting an old friend (Eric), with an old friend (Mike) and enjoying a very good, well-made high end drink. I know, Facebook has "Lounge" mis-spelled. This is actually the Crockford's Front Lobby bar in Resort's World in Las Vegas. For me, I'm having a Genting Old Fashioned made with Highland Park 12 Year (scotch), Demarara, aromatic (Angostura) and orange bitters. This has a smokey flavor, a nice round ice cube and THREE lemon twist garnishes. Scotch in an Old Fashioned is not common. However, it is made perfectly and tastes really good ! The old fashioned is a cocktail made by muddling sugar with bitters and water, adding whiskey (typically rye or bourbon), and garnishing with an orange slice or zest and a cocktail cherry. It is traditionally served with ice in an old fashioned glass (also known as a rocks glass). Developed during the 19th century and given its name in the 1880s, it is an IBA Official Cocktail. It is also one of six basic drinks listed in David A. Embury's The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks. Highland Park 12 Year Old remains one of the gold- standard malts for other distillery bottlings to aspire to. With a delicious sweetness (heather-honey is their preferred description) and a warming, silky mouthfeel, this is a whisky that never lets you down. If you are looking for five-star service at Resorts World, then you'll certainly want to book your stay at Crockfords. After staying at Conrad on July 2021, we knew that we had to experience this for ourselves. As Diamond members, we were able to book our stay during Super Bowl and Valentine's Day weekend completely with points on a room that otherwise would have cost us a whopping $1500! We reached out to guest relations for a potential upgrade via email and Vania was kind enough to move us to a strip view room with notes on a potential suite upgrade, if available, along with early check-in and late checkout (12pm). Since the hotel sold out, we weren't able to get either an early check in, late check out, or a suite upgrade but we were still super excited nonetheless. Our room was 64102 located in the leftmost corner of the hotel and we were absolutely floored upon entering the unit. It was absolutely gorgeous with dramatic high ceiling, a soaking tub, and even a theragun in the unit! Though we had watched quite a few videos of the rooms on YouTube it was even more beautiful in person. As we were celebrating my birthday and our 7th anniversary, Vania took note of our celebration and was sweet enough to gift us a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne to celebrate. We were so surprised by this sweet gesture and knew that the team went above and beyond in making sure our trip was unforgettable. Some notable things about Crockfords: - there is a tea ceremony upon check-in - they have complimentary tea, coffee, fruits, and pastries at the lobby everyday until 11am - they are the only ones to offer in-room dining (they call it their ghost kitchen) - you'll need to call luxury services for buckets of ice - they provide a commemorative key and leather fob for all guests upon check-in that also double as your key card - they have the tiniest key cards alongside the key and fob - if you have a tub, it'll come with bath caviar and a collectible Resorts World rubber ducky and soap made by Nectar Bath Treats - all units come with a Nespresso machine that contain regular coffee, decaf, and tea pods as well (green and black) - they're the only ones to have automated switches for drapes and lighting - dental and manicure kits are offered in the room (you can still call for these at Hilton and Conrad) Overall, our stay here was certainly one of the best experiences I've ever had in Vegas. While the price point can be a bit steep, the level of customer service we received was beyond exceptional. I really want to take a moment to shout out Vania R. for all of the hard work she put in and for answering all of my questions prior to and up until our stay! She even introduced herself when we got there and we're very fortunate to check in with her. Having come from over 10 years of customer service background, I know what it's like to have a truly exemplary member on the team and Vania is certainly a testament to that. If I had any doubts about my future stays here, she solidified it and you've now earned a loyal returning guest. I cannot wait for the next time we get to experience Crockfords again! So so Lovely!! With great service. Thank you Sebastian for checking me in and giving me the delicious cold tea, lol. My suite was on the 63rd floor room 63177 to be exact. I LOVED IT! Beautiful high ceilings with a view of the strip. My absolute Favorite thing about this hotel and the room is THE MIRRORS!! Yippie!! Finally a hotel who got the lighting right! Full length mirrors everywhere, every room. Lots of light in the bathroom, with double sinks. Not to mention a Toto spray toilet with a warm seat. Lovely, just lovely. Even the hallways are aligned with mirrors. You guys are a hotel after my heart. I checked my bill afterwards and it was all correct. Thank you guys for such a cozy stay. This place was meh. My husband and I were given an ADA room when celebrating our honeymoon weekend - what the heck. I guess I won't be taking a relaxing bath like I wanted. When asking the front desk to help schedule a massage, nothing was available. When asking the front desk to help schedule a mani pedi appointment for the next day at noon, we get a call at 1pm asking us if we still wanted it. Are you serious Crockfords? I had a great time here. The hotel is comparable to the Wynn. If you're an Amex Platinum member you get $125 of resort credit to be used at the hotels bars or restaurants and an additional $60 credit ($30 per guest, 2 max) for breakfast at the Kitchen, and a free room upgrade. The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious too. We went to The Kitchen, Genting Palace, and their high end food court. I was actually blown away by the food court. I ordered the Char Siu Burrito and the Roast Duck street tacos at Fuhu Shack and they were really good. I'll probably stay here again on my next Vegas trip. Also, there were some negative reviews I read about this hotel but my experience was wonderful. Definitely worth the visit and make sure you book on Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts for all the percs! read more

Where do I begin? We took an uber from the airport to the Crockfords: Resort World. Right from there, it was a great experience. Our front desk agent was very kind and thorough in terms of going over everything that the resort has to offer, along with the credits that we received. She gave us this amazing tea after we checked in. She walked us to the elevator and we were on our way. Our card worked as we had an early check-in. Room was pristine and cleaned well. I was impressed with the thermo-gun. The bathroom had double vanity with a huge shower and a separate room for the toilet. Bed was very comfortable. Room service was surprisingly fast, accurate, and accomdating. I will add that their uber/lyft pick up area is different than the lobby so make sure you let your driver know where to pick you up from. read more

High expectations were not met. For an expensive luxury hotel, snacks are sitting on pressure sensors to prevent customers from stealing. These should come with the room as compliments when one is paying about $800 a day depending on the season. Also the light switch is behind the lampshade which makes it a difficult reach. The drapery is either closed or open and nothing in between. Shower had plenty of water pressure but not eco friendly. Staff were helpful and friendly. Restaurant menu bar scan is outdated so don't trust it, dawghouse menu for example. The ambiance exudes luxury with all the marble floors and walls but missing warmth that comes from any wood accents. There's plenty of room for improvement in my simple opinion. read more

This was the most awful stay I've ever had at a hotel. First- I checked in after 3PM and was told I would have to wait another hour for my room because they didn't know if it was ready. I had clients waiting, not good. I then checked in, went to my suite, left to retrieve my client from the lounge and my keys were deactivated. It took 4 tries with my client back and forth to the elevator, I was MORTIFIED. This happened EVERY TIME I LEFT the suite my ENTIRE STAY!! Not to mention I booked a king suite on the 63rd floor which was WONDERFUL! The problem was there is a club right underneath the room so my whole meeting and then trying to sleep was awful because the club literally reverberated the room and the windows!! Every time I left the room I was not able to return. I was SO ANGRY AND UPSET. I went to the Kitchen with clients for dinner the first night... I experienced what seemed to be food poisoning IMMEDIATELY after dinner. My clients left and I attempted to go to my suite. The keys AGAIN did not work, I went through the whole thing again 4x!!!! Back and forth to the elevator l. I was so sick in the lobby and was literally trapped in the lobby restroom for an hour because I soiled myself. Literally so mortified I CALLED the front desk from the restroom, they did nothing. I don't drink, nor do I smoke, but I was treated like I was drunk or high or something. I spoke to the front desk about the poisoning, they sent security with a bottle of water .....????? WTH??!! I wait for over an hour to get back in my suite, I am sick and then the security sits there saying they have nothing to help me,I should call an ambulance. Smh I did not and as it was now almost 1AM I wanted to rest, I had been sick for hours vomiting and such in the lobby restroom. No one apologized, no one did anything. They acted as if it were my problem and as I ran back and forth to the elevator they just watched and had a weird whatever attitude with me the entire time! I couldn't believe the situation or the way I was being treated... The next day I was shell shocked. I was supposed to leave but I couldn't. I opted to stay another day to rest. The rate DOUBLED but I couldn't even think of traveling after the night I had. I authorized another night the next morning and then at or around 11AM THE CLUB STARTED AGAIN!!!! The music went ALL DAY. I called to ask about the music and such and was told there was only a club on the first floor. I don't think that's where the noise was coming from, it was so loud and shaking my windows! But no one knew what I was talking about. They acted as if I was crazy!!! I took medication and slept the whole day and left the property to get some soup and returned immediately. The club was not going and I thought it was safe and then it turned on in the late afternoon and went all night until about midnight I believe... I was so tired, my plane delayed, I was allowed a later check out which I was very grateful for and I rested as much as I could. When I asked for a bellman to leave I waited 45 mins and was told it was very busy. When I got to the front desk there was no one there and there was no one waiting. There were NO PEOPLE IN THE LOBBY! I didn't understand but at that point I didn't care, I was ready to leave and was late for my plane. I almost missed my plane but yet another short delay literally saved me! All in all like I said, it was the worst stay I've had in a very long time... two days $2500 no rest, I felt very disrespected and to be honest like this had racially aggressive undertones... I was told by your manager at the front desk that all she could do is continue making keys and sending me back and forth to the elevator. There was no effort to correct, no apology I was told after the forth time it happened to keep my voice down as I was incredibly upset by then and in need of an explanation. I was told I didn't warrant one and she would continue to make keys and that was it. I will never return to your hotel, I will never stay with you all again and if I don't receive any correspondence from your fine luxury luxury hotel I will definitely let my 318k followers know and I will be sure to mention it on every news channel I speak to. read more

We came to this hotel to celebrate our 50 th anniversary. We had our whole family in a rented cabana for 750.00, the pool waitress didn't inform us the bill was at it limit. Instead she let the bill double. After we complained she took off a small amount off the bill, she then charged two credit cards twice. She then call her manager then security. It was not worth the money. I could not check in for 1.5 hours because the computer system was down (they claim that it is the most technological advance hotel on the strip). The night stand click does not even work. The light buttons did not work. All the lights turned on when I pressed the night light. They left a large trash bag on the dresser to ask me to throw all the trash in it. I did not pay more than 600 dollars for 1 night to clean the room for the housekeeper. This is the worst hotel in Vegas. You have to walk to other properties to get an uber or taxi. Get with the times Crockford. Also your gate confuses everyone. Rooms are small for vegas standards. This hotel shares alot of the amenities that joined together with the other 2 hotels at resort world. So whats the point of paying almost double price. Crockford is not worth the money. I booked this hotel because it was the only one available for all of the nights. I needed it during a Convention. I had to put this on my work card which I don't physically have access to because it's a shared card and I called them three times to confirm it was OK I would not have the card with me, each time they said it was fine. I even asked about a credit card authorization form, they all said it wasn't necessary. OK I thought my bases are covered. All good. I show up exhausted after a five hour flight and went to what I thought was the check-in desk in the Conrad. There's a desk next to Conrads check out that says it's for Conrad and Crockford's. I could see to the right there was a door for Crockford's guest only, so I figured they would direct me through there to the correct lobby. I was very excited to stay here. I had seen so many amazing amenities from a welcome tea to souvenir keys, and was really excited to experience this resort as it's the newest one on the strip. Well, my hopes were dashed immediately. Everybody I spoke with the front desk was extremely extremely rude. I have worked in hospitality for many years and never have I encountered such terrible unfriendly staff. If you don't want to speak to people you're in the wrong industry. Immediately I was informed I would need the card to check in. I spoke with both a front desk associate and the manager both telling me I was misinformed. How can I have been misinformed three times? At this point I was running late for things I needed to do for work, and the manager decided to make an exception and allow me to fill out a cc authorization form. He said he would have it for me in 10 minutes. I asked if there was a place to sit down because I was tired and he directed me to the bar. Now if it had been me in his position, I would have comped the person a drink, but there was no offer of that so I asked for someplace quiet and free where I could sit. He directed me to the second floor and told me to sit in one of the chairs along the lobby. So I sat there with all of my stuff missing work things for an hour. I then had to go back downstairs and ask where the form was because I hadn't received it yet. No apologies no nothing they all acted as if I was disrupting the day. Finally finally, I was checked in and assumed I would be directed through the Crockford entrance but nope I was told to use the Conrad elevators the entire time I was there. I never once saw the Crockford lobby, didn't experience the tea, didn't receive a keychain, there was zero level of service. The television in my room didn't work, and when I tried to call down to both the front desk and food service to be transferred to the front desk, no one answered, and I remained on hold with both phone lines for over 10 minutes each. Yes, the room is beautiful, yes, the resort is fine but the service is on par with Holiday Inn express if that. To say I was underwhelmed and disappointed is an understatement. When I went down to the lobby finally to ask them to clean my room one day and fix the TV, the girl at the front desk looked at me and said yes? That was it no, how can I help you? how are you? How was your day? How's your experience nothing. There is only one place to get picked up by an Uber and it is so inconveniently out of the way of the hotel. I would have to order Ubers and beg them to come pick me up at the front desk to avoid a 10 minute walk. On the last day, I learned there is actually a service you can have from the convention center to the hotel where you get driving around in a Tesla, but no one made me aware of that Truly they need some help. I don't know if it's because I booked for a convention or what, but I really felt so uncomfortable the entire time I was there. We feel bad for the two reviewers who didn't enjoy their stay. We, on the other hand, had an incredible two day stay. My wife and I haven't taken a vacation with just the two of us for over ten years. We came for the National Rodeo Finals and are using our time share next week. We enjoyed our two night stay so much that we decided to add three more nights next week when our time share ends. The decor is impressive, the room was spotless, and I mean spotless. Well designed, extremely comfortable beds, insane view of the strip from the 61st floor in room 122. Is it pricey? Yes. Was it worth the $? Yes. The room service food was five star in our book. The ease of ordering and the three times we ordered the food was at our room within 30 minutes. We've been to top notch restaurants where the food was subpar to the room service. The friendliness of the staff? Let's just say that they deserved every bit of the enormous gratuity we left on each service. The only downside (and this is really nitpicky) was that I couldn't get the Chromecast to hook up correctly, but the gentleman at the front desk spent ten minutes on the phone walking through each step with me to help me get it connected. However, there was plenty of channels to enjoy late night television and football so it didn't really matter. It's probably my lack of tech knowledge as to why I couldn't get the Chromecast to work. The room and bathroom was so clean that we were blown away. Being Hilton Diamond members means that we travel A LOT, and this experience trumped every other Hilton hotel we've stayed at. Kudos to the management for embracing a culture of friendly staff and a high standard of cleanliness and service. This is what every hotel should strive for. Shout out to Mia, whom we never got to meet, but she answered the phone every time we needed to order food or ask for more water or room service, Jake as well. I have stayed here previously and enjoyed it so much that we decided to celebrate our 41st anniversary here and see Journey at the same time. We enjoy the lobby bar with Eric and the facilities in general. However, this stay was below par. My wife noticed that the some of the nuts and candy in the snack bar in the room were open and half full. Her comment, "GROSS!" One of the complimentary waters was also opened and half full. The refrigerator was also broken. We called and they came right away to fix it. The shower drain was slow. Taking a shower with water around your feet is not pleasant. As some of the staff have told me, their goal is to compete with the Wynn... I would say there is a way to go. The breakdown seems to be in quality control at the floor supervisor level. The GM of the property needs to to hold higher standards for his/her staff if they are to attain their goal. They have only recently opened and this is not an encouraging sign. read more
