The Wynn Las Vegas is one of my favorite resorts in Las Vegas and a place I visit often. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained, while the entire property is kept in excellent condition. The shopping options are amazing, and the restaurants offer some of the best dining experiences on the Las Vegas Strip with a wide variety of choices for every taste. My favorite spot at the resort is XS Nightclub, which always delivers a great atmosphere and unforgettable nightlife experience. I've also always admired Steve Wynn and his vision for creating world-class resorts with incredible attention to detail. One of the most underrated parts of Wynn is the art collection throughout the property. The artwork, sculptures, floral displays, and overall design make it feel more like a luxury gallery than a typical resort. Everywhere you look, there is something unique to appreciate. This place costs a veritable faeces-load (*dig that spellin'?), so expectorations (sic) are rather lofty, indeed. So here goes, pardner: You'll get it straight from me - or not at all! PROS: *stayed in a spacious 24th fl. pad with spectacular views of the (brief) fireworks display one night...and the bed was just fine for a post weed 'n booze sleep-off, thankya'verymuch! *many employees - especially those lowest in the caste system - were very friendly. Housekeepers were great. *other Wynn workers (e.g., food/booze servers) were usually good and reasonably personable. *Wing Lei (Chinese Michelin-1 joint) had top-tier service and although we could only sample a small number of dishes, they were all copacetic. *due to last-minute vacancies, the Wynn upgraded us from a $400/night room to a suite that ordinarily sets big-spenders back to the tune of $1,150/night. *Great friggin' ice machine - on my floor - never let me down when flask-time came around! CONS: *the Wynn, even at their extant "nosebleed" rack rates, will effin' nickel 'n dime ya' (*coins on steroids) every gol-durn chance they get: -NO refrigerator in the room unless you want to rent one for $25 a night. (Yep- let's make it hard for guests to bring their own, reasonably-priced booze. And leftovers from "market price" (i.e., "mark-it-up") menu pickin's at various and sundry Vegas kitchens? Meet Sal: Monella! *The pool situation is absurd and offensive: Not only can't you escape the aural pollution that pervades the whole property (more on that later)...but it's actually hard) to find an unoccupied (and unreserved) chaise lounge. -I got KICKED OFF one because it was "reserved"....NO SIGN...NO ONE "claiming it"... *Gotta pay EXTRA for even a G-D pool chair - Hell, $500. $1,000, $1,500 a night - AIN'T ENOUGH! *Booze prices are beyond absurd! Paid $15 or so for a "pour" of ordinary Tito's vodka. Needed an ELECTRON MICROSCOPE to see the likker! (But I only did it once, as my flasks of Toki and Pikesville and a Hamm's 12'er...took care of me.) *The bellhops move at a comatose pace, and when we arrived, we were informed that there'd be a "slight delay" of 45 minutes in bringing up our bags. After an HOUR had passed, we just took the G-D things ourselves. Yeah - now ain't THAT first-class service! *The concierge on duty was a dullard and a do-nothing doofus who couldn't do "jack" for us. Needs a job at the 'Boreyard by Mary Ott.' *NO smoking allowed at the OTB (Sportsbook area) Huh??? Effin' VEGAS and I can't even smoke a good cigar (or even a bad one) while play the races? S-H-I-I-T-E!!! **GOONS everywhere -had to use my key just to take the elevator to my floor, and had to withstand the glaring imprimatur of "security" people every time. (My favorite guy, who appears to have been either a "Blood" or a "Crip,"...received the moniker...'SMILEY!' -Although I wouldn't consider buying the wildly marked-up "luxury" goods peddled in the Wynn shops, I couldn't help but notice the scowling dorks in dark suits who stand outside the portals, arms folded. (No buddy - I ain't buyin' yer' lousy $50K watch; so shove it OK?) __________ Now, neighbor - are ya' ready for the veritable TOP-TWO reasons NOT to wander into the Wynn? 1) NONSTOP high-volume pop-schlock aural excrement THUMPING throughout the place. EVERYWHERE. Pay exorbitant room rates and then be subjected to lowest-common-denominator NOISE? WHO likes that garbage? ("effluencers?") -How about QUIET? -If that's not possible - how about actual MUSIC played at moderate levels? WHY must we endure moron-music and WHY were we not warned that it would be infesting the air? 2) EURO/MIDEAST TRASH guests swarming like maggots, pushing in front of you and invading your space without so much as an "EXCUSE ME!"... ...Mega-wealthy SCUM that shouldn't even be allowed in America - much less catered to by an ostensible "top class" hotel! This could have been another amazing stay at the Wynn, but..... so my wife and I were celebrating our 23rd anniversary last weekend and stayed 4 nights. We've been staying here for over 14 years. There are so many things we love about this property! The issue is my wife and I had purchased new board shorts and bikinis for the pool. We went to the pool 4 days in a row and wore different suits each day, but on Friday at The Encore adult pool They must have used way too much chlorine that day and it ruined both suits! We had not worn them before that day and when we left the pool they were extremely discolored and bleached out. We didn't want to let it ruin the day so we went about our vacation. Once we made the claim with the Wynn they stated that the pool was operating normal and they were sorry, but they were not at fault. I'm very disappointed that that's how they responded. The amount of money we spend there is absurd and for them not to cover $350 worth of damaged swimwear caused by their pool being way over chlorinated is just ridiculous. I'm big on principle and out of principle I'm not sure I ever want to stay here again since this is how they treat loyal clients by not accepting responsibility for something so obviously their fault. Disappointed in the Wynn! So many other places to go and stay. If you go to the pool don't be surprised if your suit gets ruined and the Wynn accepts no responsibility. For an otherwise great property it's sad that this issue dampens our overall experience. If they had handled it better it would have been another great stay and we'd be excited about our next trip there. Instead I'm rethinking my loyalty to the Wynn since they're not loyal to its long time clients. read more

I've pretty much explored most of the casinos in the strip in Vegas. The Wynn is one of my favorite. Located on the end of the Strip along with other casinos like Resortworld, Encore, Circus Circus, and more, don't miss out on checking out on of the nicest casinos on the Strip. Here are some highlights: walk around and take in the beauty of the design and decor of the hotel. On my most recent visit, they had some pretty elaborate Lunar New Year decorations which was awesome. The Wynn also has a lot of highly rated restaurants and bars. I haven't been to any of the restaurants, I have been to one of the bars: Overlook Lounge. They have creative craft cocktails which are a little pricey but well worth it. Another highlight is to check out their free show: Awakening. There are a number of free shows in Vegas and this is one of the best! Check it out, after all, it's free. 4.2.26 - 4.3.26 Back in Vegas again and stayed at The Wynn hotel for the first time. I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of the car and was provided directions on where to go to check in and where to put my luggage on hold, if needed. I went straight to the self check-in kiosk right next to registration. I believe there were 4-5 kiosks. Easy process! Scan your QR code or put in your driver's license to start. Room # is on the receipt. Surprisingly, the room was ready right away (11:15am on a Thursday)! Had such great luck with that these past 2 trips. Met up with my cousin and we got settled in. Finding the elevators for our room was a bit confusing since it was our first time staying there. We got it down eventually. The rooms are nice and clean. I liked that the room wasn't at the end of the hallway. Upon entering the room, the wall passing by the restrooms to the beds is all full length mirrors. I loved that. Shower and tub were similar to Venetian. Sinks are separated and the sink style didn't leave much countertop space. That I did not like. Also, no vanity like at Venetian. I did notice a ton of outlets in the wall toward the center of the two sinks. Lighting in the bathroom could be a bit brighter. The room itself is a bit smaller. Beds were comfortable and clean though. I didn't like that they completely filled the fridge with stuff that you would get charged for. Wish all hotels would just leave the fridge empty so we can actually use it. I didn't try any restaurants here this time but will next time. There are some nice high end stores in the hotel too if you want to shop. Price for 1 night in a double queen room was $387.76 (resort fees included). Self-parking is complimentary for hotel guests who have a room there. This is how it should be at all hotels! read more

I met up with friends for lunch and enjoyed this hotel. The parking is easy and plentiful and you can get free parking if you're a local and there for two hours. Walking through the hotel is pretty and lots of art. I like the signage to easily find restaurants. The pool is nice, just a little small. They do have good restaurants and I like that they have some vegan options. Service was great whenever I needed help and I would come back again. read more

Walking through the Wynn Las Vegas to get to Awakening was honestly an experience in itself. The hotel is absolutely stunning inside. Everything feels luxurious from the beautiful floral displays to the lighting, decor, and the fresh clean scent throughout the property. Every area looked spotless and well maintained. The atmosphere inside feels upscale but still welcoming. There are so many beautiful restaurants, lounges, and little details everywhere you look. Even just walking through the casino and shopping areas felt elegant and relaxing compared to some other crowded Strip hotels. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful when directing guests to the theater. Parking was easy and having free parking for Nevada locals was a huge plus. The entire property has that "wow" factor and definitely adds to the overall experience when attending shows like Awakening. Visited today as I received a flyer about welcoming back a local, offered free play. Admittedly I didn't read the fine print, only valid M-Th. Ok. Still gambled. On way out, lost parking ticket. Was there for 30 minutes, was charged $30.00 for parking. No more Wynn visits with family or friends. If you're charging locals $30, clearly you are not welcoming locals. I'm cutting up my cards and mailing to Wynn with a note to remove me from their system. With all of their cameras and players history, they couldn't validate I was parked under one hour? Ridiculous. What can I say bad about the Wynn. This is truly the most beautiful hotel on the Las Vegas strip. You can by the decor, the carpet, the smell, the quality of the pillow and sheets in your room, the smell of the hotel, how clean your room is, how safe you feel when you have a person have everyone badge in as people enter. Everything from the check in to the stay has always been top notch. The gym is nice well and the pool is beautiful. Even when I attended conventions at the Wynn the staff is truly top notch. The Wynn is undeniably beautiful with stunning architecture and an impressive collection of high-end designer boutiques. I have yet to stay at the property so I cannot share any useful information about being a hotel guest, but overall, the presentation of the property, it's casino (although very smoky), and the choice of high-end eating establishments are fantastic. We stayed at the Wynn for two nights and had a great experience from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely stunning ! elegant design, spotless spaces, and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the Strip. A tech-savvy touch: the TV, curtains, and lighting can all be controlled via the in-room Alexa or the provided iPad. My old-school self couldn't find a remote and had no idea how to turn off the TV at first definitely took a minute to figure out. Room service breakfast is quite pricey, but thankfully there's a cute on-site café that offers delicious specialty coffee and fresh pastries a perfect alternative for a quick and tasty start to the day. Check-in was smooth, and service throughout our stay was professional and courteous. Security is top-notch with room keys required to access the elevators, which made us feel much safer compared to other hotels on the Strip. The property also features high-end shopping and great dining options. We especially enjoyed the buffet, which had an incredible variety. It's on the pricier side but worth experiencing at least once. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Between the elevated experience, beautiful rooms, strong security, and thoughtful amenities, it's definitely a place we'd return to for a more refined Vegas escape. read more

I was at your casino tonight to see your fantastic show Awakening, which we enjoyed very much. The female usher informed us when we got to our section that we could take photos without flash and videos. I took videos periodically throughout the show, but wasn't videoing the entire time. At one point, this same usher told me that I could no longer take videos, only photos. However, there was a gentleman right in front of us who was also taking videos, and after I was told to stop, I started looking and saw that there were quite a few people videoing. I was terribly embarrassed by this as I was meeting my sons girlfriend for the first time, and felt like I was singled out for some reason. Please tell me what I was doing wrong after we had been told that we could video. But we did enjoy the show very much. I would love to give a 5 star for the show but not for the usher. read more

Additional info: After this night, when I reconnected my CarPlay, a location called "Whispers" synced with the car's recent travel history. I brushed it off as weird, but it stuck and it comes up as a gps option ONLY when I'm in my vehicle. Nowhere else do I open Maps and get suggested "Whispers" as a top option. I literally just last night had a convo with someone who joked about Whispers being a low-level strip club, and now I know exactly why it's in my car's logged trips. I go to several local adult venues in town. I have never ONCE even considered learning the address of Whispers. There is no connection to anyone I know, either. I wonder where they took my car and what they did to/in it. Please get an interior camera for your car. Put an AirTag in the TRUNK, as well. Put an alert on your phone (make sure it's set to alert you when DND is on). Your phone knows where you last parked your car in Maps - it does NOT know if the car moves while you're away. Cameras and tags are not super expensive, but I'd pay $$ just to see the face of the loser who stole my car and brought it back with a device attached to it. As you can see, the default is to not believe you. Proof MIGHT give you some recourse after you've been violated. The simplest explanation is usually the correct one. Put the simple pieces together. Decide for yourself, and always assume your own risk when giving your keys to a f-boy in a polyester jacket. read more

Wynn truly showed us what luxury service really means. I accidentally booked our reservation for Saturday instead of Friday and didn't realize until arrival. I was stressed, but the team handled it with such professionalism and kindness. They adjusted our check-in without charging me, which I truly appreciated. Shortly after we arrived, my daughter Hannah developed a fever, and we both ended up getting sick. We didn't get to do much of anything this trip -- we mostly stayed in our beautiful room while recovering. Thankfully, the room was super comfortable, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. What truly stood out was how the staff took care of us. When I called asking for children's Tylenol, they immediately connected me to the Wynn store and arranged delivery straight to our room -- even around 2am. As a mom, I can't imagine having to leave the room in the middle of the night while caring for a sick child. I will never forget that. They also brought us water supplies whenever we asked and even extra tissues for our runny noses. They genuinely made sure we were comfortable. Even though we didn't get to enjoy the full Wynn experience this visit, knowing the hotel staff took such good care of us was a huge help. Not every hotel would go that extra mile. We truly felt cared for -- and we'll absolutely be back (hopefully healthy next time!). read more

The Wines Spectator's Grand Tour was an amazing experience, which, featured over 200+ wines that have been scored 90+ by the editors of Wine Spectator magazine. The doors didn't open until 6pm for VIP's but by 4:30pm, there was nearly 100 people already in line. Attendees were able to taste a myriad of wines from some of the best wine regions. Information on the various wineries and their operations was also interesting to hear. It was a wonderful event and one which, I would definitely want to attend in the future. read more

I spent a lot of time at the Wynn during my trip to Vegas; the conference I attended was located here, I tried several of their restaurants, and I ended up staying here as a guest post-conference when I decided to spend a couple more days in the city. This was my first trip to Vegas - and, besides the Palazzo, it my first experience with a hotel on the Strip. As with my other hotel reviews, I'm going to separate this into pros and cons - so here we go! The Wynn is one of several hotels in Vegas that was developed by Steve Wynn - two other noteworthy ones are the Bellagio and the now defunct Mirage. The hotel is located on the northern end of the strip, and has a sister resort called Encore which is just next door. This leads me to my first pro - the location. Even though you're not mid-strip, you are still in the thick of the action; the Palazzo and Venetian are right next door - and it was pretty easy to get to most places either by foot or rideshare. The theming is another pro - or should I say lack of theming. While most resorts on the Strip have a theme (like Disney), the Wynn does not have one - unless you count opulence. The decor is very tasteful - lots of flowers without being feminine and and overall red color scheme in the main casino area. I also liked the layout - the shops and restaurants were separated from the casino for the most part which I appreciated; a lot of the hotels on the Strip have their eateries in the casino area and to me that takes away from the restaurants. Speaking of restaurants, there are plenty of them, as well as shopping; all the high-end retailers are here and there a good variety of casual, quick-service, and fine-dining restaurants. I dined in a few of them and they were all quite good. My room was great - the style, decor, and amenities were all high-end which made it super functional. I had a standard panoramic king room that had excellent views of the Strip. I couldn't find many cons - I don't think the aesthetics are for everyone, and I would argue that the resort is missing a counter service spot. I said location was a pro for me but it may also be a con - people may want to stay closer to mid-strip in a hotel that has a theme. I don't gamble so I can't speak on how the casino is compared to other hotels. Staff was excellent - everyone I interacted with was super accommodating. Everyone from registration to the bellhop to the housekeepers exuded professionalism. Honestly it's up there with some of the best service I've received in a hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Wynn - this is definitely a crown jewel in hotels on the Strip and I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm in Vegas. read more

First time staying at the Wynn Hotel and my husband and I both really loved it. We went to Vegas with friends for the weekend and they prefer to stay at the Wynn tower suites so that is where we booked as well. We didn't realize this when checking in, but the tower suites have their own separate check in desk apart from the Wynn's general check in. We requested and paid for an early check in and upon getting to our room on the 5th floor realized that the 5th floor is the first floor of the tower suites and had a dismal view of basically the roof of the hotel. We went back downstairs and talked to them at the tower suites check in desk and, though we were happy to check out bags and wait for an alternate room, they quickly had us moved to the same room on a higher floor. The Location of the Wynn on the strip was also great and centrally located. Top tier shopping and restaurants inside the hotel and easy to walk to the sphere (which is why we were in town). Our room was enormous with a living room, powder bath, cavernous bathroom with separate soaking tub, Dyson hair dryer, walk in closet, the works. The house keeping service was friendly and efficient and I really enjoyed the dark chocolate that they left on my pillow in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable for the 4 hours of sleep I got a night. Lol. Really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back on our next trip to Vegas. read more

Let's start with the amazing rooms--they're spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable. I stayed on the 52nd floor, and the views were absolutely spectacular, especially in the direction facing The Spear. Everything in the room is high-tech and seamlessly controlled through an iPad--from the TV and lights to the blinds. There's even an Amazon Echo for added convenience. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was surprisingly large, with double sinks, a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower, and even the toilet has its own private space--a thoughtful touch that adds to the luxury. The casino floor does allow smoking, but it's kept very clean, and the cocktail waitresses are friendly and attentive. There are several dining options both on-site and within easy walking distance, and if you're into shopping, you'll love the high-end shops connected to the location. Overall, this stay was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend! read more

It's a very nice casino resort but the casino host who at the time (12:00 PM@ 6/20/2026) sitting and texting on his desk would not even listen to my question. He was very dismissive. I always have fun at the Wynn but the experience with the casino host desk area was not pleasant. I will stay away from the Wynn. I have to let go of my high tier level. read more

I don't really go to the strip when I do it's usually when family is in town. We went to the Wynn buffet to do a late birthday dinner. While in line waiting I was able to get tickets to see awakening which is a plus since it's in the same hotel. The layout and design is luxurious. read more

The best hotel by far in Las Vegas. We've stayed there at least 20 times. This last visit was spectacular and we got to use the spa amenities and it was fabulous. The cold plunge pool and the steam room were my favorite. We will be back soon Wynn Hotel!!! read more
