Walking in to this store was overwhelming to say the least. After about 5 min we almost walked right back out. I decided to ask for help. Along comes Indira to save the day!!! She helped fit my granddaughter & answered a few questions. We finally picked out the perfect pair. Then I decided we needed to bedazzle them w/a couple of accessories. There is an endless selection of crocs at this store. I had no problem finding a color that suited what I was looking for do to the variety of color and styles of crocs. The people were friendly enough, and there weren't any workers coming up to me trying to sell me products. I've been searching for a suitable replacement for some blue denim-like Crocs I found in Hawaii for a while now, but I don't come across these stores all that often. Add giant feet to the mix and the selection tends to be slim to none. As such, I was excited when I found this location near Faneuil Hall and our hotel. The store was very busy, masks were required but they should probably have been imposing some capacity limits as well. The only interaction I had with staff was at checkout and it was pretty lacking. I even tried to make small talk and showed them the ones I was replacing, but it went over like a Bronx cheer. Had this not been such a good price, I probably would have just left. read more

I brought in some Crocs I'd ordered online for my daughter that were too small. She was able to try on a bunch of pairs to find what she liked (Yes! This is how shoe shopping used to be back in my day!), and we of course had to buy some Jibbits, too. Parking in the area is expensive, so be prepared for that, or take the T. Crocs expanded its east coast retail by opening their first actual store in Faneuil Hall Marketplace. I took a peek, mostly out of FTR whoredom, but also general curiosity. The walls are covered in Crocs in every color you could imagine - including puke! (puke being my own after throwing up on the wall). They also sell a small selection of high heels - shoes I would expect to see on some short-skirt-skank in the Theatre District on a Saturday night or on a hooker (kinda the same thing I guess). Yes, I admit it, I love crocs. No, I am not a nurse. They are great shoes, very comfortable, available in many colors, and quite durable. I own more than one pair and I love them all. I usually buy mine online or get them from my mom (she knows I like them and gets them as gifts once in a while). I saw this store a while back, in the dreaded tourist trap called Faneuil Hall. I ended up in the area over the weekend and decided to take a peek. They had a pretty decent selection. Not just the regular crocs either, some were the flat shoes, mary janes, etc. I tried a few on and decided on a pair. I went to the check out. There were about 5 people working there, all too busy chatting to ring me up. Which is fine, I know working retail sucks. The girl who rang me up asked if I wanted to donate a $1 to some charity they sponsor. I declined politely, as I always do in this situation. (I am very specific in what charities I donate to, I do it on my own time, and I research them before donating, but that is beside the point). The girl then berated me for not wanting to give. I still said no, so she thought it was cool to turn to one of her lazy co-workers to make fun of me. While I was still standing there. That is so many kinds of rude, I can't even begin to explain. There is no reason to sit there and laugh at a customer buying a product in your store, while she is still purchasing. To top it all off, the shoes were $10 more than advertised. I might have considered buying them anyway, but after the way I was treated I said no thanks and walked out. And I will never be walking back into that store again. And I hope other croc lovers will see this and not shop there either until they learn some customer service. read more

I came by here today on my lunch break to check out the store. I was unaware that there was a Crocs store here and when a lady told me at work I got kind of excited. I was originally going to order a pair of rain boots online through DSW because I knew if I went into the store there was a high risk I'd end up buying more. Yeah, laugh at it. Crocs are silly looking and what-not, but they're damn comfy. The rain boots are fairly normal looking and were much needed. I have a pair, which are so uncomfortable and believe it or not.. I wore a hole in them and they are fairly new (as of last year), so the time was there to buy a new pair. I had called beforehand to be sure they had the rain boots in the store and then went over there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I was being the typical, hmm 7 or 8.... 8 or 7...... can I try the 8, no 7 no 8..... The store was semi-busy with foot traffic but the lay out of the store was designed well and there wasn't any one area that was overcrowded. It was colorful and bright in there. Very welcoming and I will be back there because I saw some cute flats walking out in the window. You'd never know they were from the Crocs store too so those are on my horizon. read more

Online it said that the store closed at 7 pm on Sunday and I went all the way out to the store on train and walked in the snow and cold. Got there several minutes before 7 and the store was closed. Very upset. Super inconvient especially if the weather is this bad . They should not be closed earlier than then the exact time they say . read more

I love crocs as a whole but this store is not true to their hours. I was at Faneuil Hall today and was looking forward to buying a new pair of crocs. My friend and I went to open the door at 7pm and it was locked, and the employees kinda just stood there and looked at us. They didn't come to the door or make any attempt to let us know they were closed. It says online that they are open until 9pm and that is not true. Geez, why do people review the store just to say that they hate Crocs? That's not the point of these reviews morons. Sure, they look pretty crappy, but I was forced to buy a pair due to the nature of my job. The customer service was fantastic! I was worried about the fit and they told me that I could bring it back if I had any problems - even after wearing them for a bit. I was there on a busy Saturday, but even then, there were plenty of employees to help the customers without being overly eager. Also, I had looked into several styles online and the store had every one of them in my size. Overall, if you have to buy Crocs (and please say it is only because of your job), this is a good store with a fantastic selection and helpful staff. read more

The crocs themselves were great, customer service at this location was really terrible on multiple occasions. I went in pre-holiday to get my mom, an older woman who is on her feet for 11-12 hours a day for work, a pair of working shoes. They were running a promotion (buy one get one half off) and I thought it might be a nice gesture to add in some snow boots as well. I asked about the traction on the boots, and the sales associate told me that she couldn't tell me they were slip proof or talk to their durability because "if you mom slips and falls you could come in her and be like she said this, and sue." I didn't buy either shoe that day because I was pretty distraught by the interaction. I came in a few days later to pick up the working shoe that I knew I wanted, and asked another employee about the traction on the rainboots - this time it was pretty great. She was wearing a pair, could speak to its abilities, show the specifics of the shoe that were weatherproof/which parts weren't. I bought two pairs. Mom loved the working shoe, but snow boot in the same size was a little too small. Home is in New York, and I wanted to call ahead to make sure that refund/exchange policy was clear, and was told that I would be able to make all of the necessary changes or refunds if I had the card available. I left my mom with the gift receipts for the other pair in case she wanted to do any exchanging back home, and went into the store at Faneuil hall to quickly do the refund. The SAME employee that told me she couldn't comment on traction was there and told me she couldn't help me without the receipt (all while having her hands inside of her shirt -- like you know when it's cold and you tuck your hands in and leave your sleeves dangling -- and rolling her eyes when I asked to speak to the manager.) The manager was also strict on the policy and a bit abrasive (came out like a robot receiving the refund policy despite me telling her I had called ahead to check). It was pretty clear that she was more set on figuring out who had given me bad information and getting them in trouble than she was on discussing any potential options. The two shoes together had cost me $65 because of the buy one get one half off, and I ended up getting a gift card for the current cost of the shoe (~$50) wheras the refund would have been $25. I know what you're thinking -- she got more money back, it couldn't have been that bad! But the customer service was so terrible here that there's no way I'm shopping here again, and will use this gift card online instead. The death of retail is pretty clear because of locations like this. tldr; shoes are great, 100% recommend. Just don't buy them at this terrible store. read more

Ok, i know a lot of people don't like crocs, so be it. they may not look the greatest, but they are comfy, i'm sorry, durable, and easy to clean. ive walked quite far in mine and not had sore feet. the customer service was very good, i got asked by more then one person if i need help and someone checked in the back for sizes that werent out front. i was offered a free shipping coupon if i wanted to order online. this store was out of a lot of sizes, but crocs are popular. they have much more then the traditional beach crocs too, the bistro and work ones offer a slip resistant sole and more support. if you're not determined to hate crocs, this store is worth roaming through touristy fanueil hall for. read more

While I am not a crocs fan for myself, they are GREAT shoes for my kids (and my wife who does happen to be a nurse). When I purchased a pair for my oldest daughter a couple weeks ago, they turned out to be a bit too small. I returned them to the store a few days, planning to get the bigger size plus 2 additional pairs for my younger daughters. Unfortunately, they were sold out of that shoe style completely. The manager helped me purchase them online using his iPad and honoring the same buy 1 get 2 at half off deal that was in store. After 2 weeks waiting ,the shoes never arrived. I called the main customer service number for crocs, only to find out the shoe order never "dropped" meaning the confirmation email i got was never converted into an actual order due to some computer glitch. I was told i would need to re-order the shes. After politely asking if they could just re-order for me, and explaining a store credit was involved (which i could not utilize if i replace the order) and a lot of time on hold, i was told they could get me a gift card in the mail with the credit, so that i could then re-order the shoes. I did some quick math in my head and realized it would be the end of summer before i got the shoes at that rate. I told the representative this wasn't acceptable, and started to get annoyed at their lack of understanding. She said she could then connect me to a supervisor, but all i got was a recording on a loop saying their volume of calls was high and i should call again later. Rather than revisit the experience with their crocs customer support, i called the store directly. The manager who helped me originally listened to my story, and immediately offered to help. He called customer service himself while i waited and sorted out the situation. In the end, i got all 3 pairs of shoes and the two additional pairs were free of charge. This store manager, Ken, was fantastic and he should be immediately put in charge of Crocs customer service department, in my opinion! read more

I just have to take a moment to praise Crocs. I know people make fun of them for not being the most fashionable, but they are so practical for certain activities and great for kids. Chase's strap broke. The hole where it attaches ripped open. I tried gluing it- no dice. I did an online chat from their website. I explained what happened and that I had no packaging or a receipt of any kind. He explained that there is no way to fix this but sent me a $28 voucher +10% to cover any taxes!! I hope nobody uses this info to take advantage of such a great company, but thought people would like to know that if something happens to your (or your kids) Crocs, they are totally reasonable and willing to help! read more

While I am generally not a fan of crocs, I bought a pair of their ballet flats a few weeks ago because a friend was buying a pair and we could get a second pair half off. I wore the flats around town for an afternoon and they were super comfy. The only problem was, the left shoe was noticeably larger than the right (almost as if it had been stretched or perhaps it was the shoe everyone tried on for that pair...). In any case, I brought the shoes back to the store to see if I could exchange the shoes for ones that fit better. I was not expecting much since I had worn them outside for about a 3 hour walk. However, the ladies at the store were so helpful and happily let me exchange the shoes. Long story short -- GREAT customer service! read more

I guess you both went in after all the community service kids showed up.. I shopped in this store in december of 2008. My fiance and I had just gotten engaged and we went to Boston for the weekend. We stayed at the Copley Plaza Marriott and took a cab over to go to the Crocs store. We weren't looking for anything specific, we just have a love of crocs. There was someone helping both me, and my fiance. I looked and looked but I couldn't find anything I liked that I didn't already own. Shawn found a pair of wooly mammoth crocs and my dad was looking for some Velocity Crocs for work. They happened to have the GIANT size 13's in stock. For at least that weekend, Crocs were buy one get one half off. Both pairs were originally $60 a piece, we got both pairs for $90. Sorry if you had a bad expierence, but I loved it. My only complaint was they didn't carry enough in popular womans sizes, 8 9 and 10. read more
