When you ask a question, they do the minimum possible to check the box. You feel their annoyance; it's palpable. While last shopping there, I overheard a male staff member taking customers' phone calls. Abrasive and curt on every single one ...mental note to never call this store. I like to support local, brick and mortar shops, but when the inventory is lacking and the service is nonexistent-to-rude, what's the point? Beyond that, the physical space is 50% the size needed to support the amount of inventory they have. Perhaps the cramped quarters contribute to the simmering hostility. Overall, just a very unpleasant place to shop. 2 stars for the well curated selection of brands/styles.

All was not lost as Sylvia was helping us and offered several different options for my mom to try. She was super helpful, even helping my mom get the shoes on and lacing them up. I can't remember the last time I've seen that level of assistance in a shoe store. She was absolutely fantastic with my mom, answering questions and even showing her a special way of lacing her sneakers to help prevent heel slippage. My mom ended up getting two pairs of shoes that she said were so comfortable, and raved about Sylvia to the woman at the register. I took a star off as I'm a size 11ish and can rarely find shoes that fit me-most shoes only had sizes up to 10 available, but I'm so glad my mom had such a great experience today.

He helped me with finding something that would work for the groomsmen and went above and beyond to make getting them shipped to me easy. I also spoke with Tim, who was friendly, knowledgeable and a tremendous help. Today, retailers of any size seem to be so focused on the amount of the sale to increase profit, they forget about what the customer actual needs. Milton's is not like that in my experience. It started in October and I didn't get my pads until May. I called many times without getting a return call. I had to drive 45 minutes each way to the office on 4 occasions. When I went to pick them up in February the arch was way too high. The owner said she could fix them and wouldn't make new ones. She ground off some of the pad and then said to wear them and get used to them. I tried, but had to take them back. She then said she would grind the bottom of the pad again. She did that while I waited and they were still not comfortable. She said that if last year's pads were comfortable she would make one of them (not all three) to make sure that last year's form was still good. I drove back in to try it and this time the pads were comfortable. After 4 trips of an hour and a half each, many phone calls, many of which weren't returned, and waiting 6.5 months, I finally have the pads that I expected last fall. Never again.

When I looked the hair tool up on Google, it still showed as full price at other stores, so of course I HAD TO GET IT. I was so excited to use it, it was the first thing I did when I got home. Works perfectly & gives the most beautiful waves. Anyways, back to actually reviewing the store. You never know what you're gonna find at Marshall's. I have an immense amount of love…read morefor the brand's clothing and have been consistently buying + wearing their products since I could fit their smallest size in middle school (at the time was size 2, now smallest size is 0 due to their kids' brand Ivivva no longer being around). I have definitely tried other brands for comfortable leggings to lounge in and for working out but always ended up being unsuccessful because there's really no other brand that does it like Lululemon. Price for an article of clothing is quite steep but worth every single penny! I still have one of my first pairs of leggings from here, now 8 years old, and are still holding up in amazing condition. I wear their leggings pretty often too, averaging 5 out of the 7 days of the week, and have never had issues with the seams or bottoms stretching out. Pro tip: If you ever have any issues with their leggings due to seams or etc., you can bring them back to any of their locations and they will gift you a new pair, as part of their quality promise warranty! Also, if the pants or even tops you purchased are too long, you can bring them back to the store to get them hemmed to the length of your liking, free of charge. Free hemming applies for products that were purchased a long time ago, as well. Their jackets are also a great buy, such as their scuba hoodies or define jackets (super great for layering in the winter or wearing in the summer at night when it gets a little brisk). I also recommend their sports bras; fit nicely and cute backs! Never had an issue with any of their products. This location is my favorite, though not the closest to me, because they always have the items I want, in my size in stock... which is honestly rare nowadays with the brand becoming even more popular than ever before.
