I love wearing the croc sandals. I own at least four pairs. I just bought another pair to add to my collection. Talk about comfort. I can easily walk two or more miles in them. With no problem. I prefer the ones that don't go between the toes. I'm not sure about all the bad reviews but I've never experienced a problem with customer service or rudeness. Actually no one helped me because I knew what I wanted and checking out was a breeze. Maybe timing is everything. I thought the cashier was very nice. No rudeness there. I will continue to get my sandals here. They actually last for years. Price was ok. You sometimes get better deals on two or more purchases. I only needed to add one more pair to my collection. Two things can be true: I have yet to have a positive experience at this location. And, I have purchased something every time I have visited. The customer service is painfully lacking. Like, absurdly so. Even the inventory is lacking (unless it's hard for them to keep things in stock) given the many options online. There isn't much "outlet" pricing here either. If not for my need to prioritize supportive (and hopefully stylish) shoes, I would indeed shop elsewhere but this is the only location in reasonable proximity. Maybe that will change soon, but perhaps not if employees don't have or receive better customer service training. read more

We stopped by the store (which is located inside Arundel Mills Mall). The staff members were hanging out behind the register, but they greeted each person upon entry/exit. We shopped for about 15-20min. When I needed help finding a size, the staff seemed eager to help and quick to take action. All in all, this was a good trip. This Croc store location is inside of Arundel Mills shopping mall. The store itself is pretty organized. I wish they had more of a selection in large sizes, but it's usually hit or miss for me personally. Not much customer service here, just a bunch of kids around the register waiting for you to check out. read more

Sunday August 11th I went to the Arundel Mills store to have a charm placed in my crocs. As I walked in the store and Associate ask if he could help me as I begin to tell him why I was there another gentleman walks up to me extends his hand for my shoe I give him my shoe and the charm and in less than 30 seconds it's in my shoe I was just so impressed because he came out of nowhere and it was like he knew why I was there the gentleman was so friendly and very polite come to find out he was the manager I was told he's engaging with all of the customers all of the time that gentleman's name was Leonard . Leonard I want you to know you are an asset to the Arundel Mills store keep up the good work and I appreciate your service to me you are a credit to the position of manager !!! read more

The staff was so disrespectful. My family and I were trying on their shoes when a staff member approached us, letting us know to put back the shoes that we tried but weren't going to purchase. So we did. There were even shoes around us that weren't our responsibility, but we put it back anyways. Then, my son had an accident and spilled his water, so I asked the same staff member if they had anything to wipe the spill with so I can wipe it myself. This staff member simply turned around and started swearing. While I was talking to her. My younger son was crying and kept saying that it was his fault, but the lady simply started cursing me and my family. Finally, we were paying for our shoes at the cash register. I had a ton of products that I was carrying. This same staff member said that she won't let me pay, then pointed to an aisle we were just at. She said "I am not charging you until you put those shoes back." The audacity of this lady. It wasn't even our mess. When she told us off the first time, I immediately put all the shoes that we were trying out back to their shelves. She then proceeds to say "But I saw you there trying out your shoes." Yeah, as if we were the only patrons in that store at that specific aisle. I was already not having a great experience and was carrying a lot, so I placed the shoes on the counter. But then the manager comes out, mop and bucket in-hand, and starts yelling at me to leave the store. For what? For simply putting the shoes on the counter because they were heavy?! I don't know how they train their staff here but they obviously are failing in some very KEY ASPECTS here. 7/19/2023 What is the job description of the Croc store personnel? I was in the Croc store in Arundel Mills today. I am a senior citizen. I don't walk well, I have breathing problems, and I don't see well. I was attempting to buy my granddaughter a pair of Croc sandals. She needed them by Friday, that is the only reason that I did not buy them from Amazon. I picked up a pair of sandals and realized that I could not see what size it was. The store was NOT busy, no one was on the line when I approached a store personnel. I asked him if the shoe was a women's size 10. He said no. I went back and pick another that appeared to be the right size. Went back to the same young man and asked him again if it was a women's size 10. He said no. I explained to him that I could not see the sizes. He presided to show me where to look for the size. I told him that I could not see the sizes. I was dismissed. I felt embarrassed, old, and useless. I walked back to the sandals and tried hard to see the sizes. Eventually I started putting my feet into the shoes to see if I could find one to fit me, since I wear the same size as my granddaughter in shoes. When I got a pair that seem close, I noticed that another young man with the original young man at the register and there were NO customers in site. I approached the second young man and asked whether or not the shoe was a women's 10 and if not, could he please help me find one. He said the shoe was a women's 11 and if I did not see a 10, then there were no 10. I explain that I could not see the sizes but if he could not help me, I would just take the 11. I was treated poorly. No compassion. No help. I will not be shopping in the Croc store in Arundel Mills any more. read more

I was visiting family over the holiday and decided to go into the Crocs store. The pair of Crocs I was looking for wasn't available in my size on the wall, so the associate with the braids offered to go in the back to see if my size was there...I told her she didn't have to, but she said it was ok and she didn't mind. So she returned a few minutes later and said my size wasn't in the back either. I thanked her and went on to look at other colors that appealed to me. We even had a conversation about one particular color and she then walked off and was whispering to another associate, apparently not quietly enough because my family member heard the entire conversation, but she was saying how I had her go in the back to look for a shoe when I didn't see my size on the wall only for me to then start looking at another shoe. Excuse me but you offered to go in the back even after I said that it was ok and then if you didn't have my size in one color and I decided to look at another color, isn't that called shopping??? That's the whole point right? And you going in the back, is that not a possible task for your position?? I guess I'm just a little confused. Your customer service is very lacking and for someone else in the store to tell you and the other girl to get to work and stop standing around and talking means you needed something to do anyway. I will never return to this store! I don't really get the appeal of Crocs. They're ugly, not particularly comfortable, and ugly. I have found them to be an ideal garden shoe, being easy to slip on and hose off, so I finally broke down and bought a pair. The store at Arundel Mills has many different varieties to choose from, including many styles that are disguised to look like regular shoes. It's not much of a disguise, but if you must own every Croc you should be able to catch them all here. They are usually running a sale on certain styles at certain times, along with some weird sales along the lines of Buy Two Get One Fifty Per Cent Off. Why would I want three pairs of these monstrosities that are overpriced to begin with? I'll give it three stars since I can't fault the location itself or the people who work there. read more

I'm so disappointed. My favorite shoes are going downhill. I hope I'm wrong. This particular store is labeled as an outlet, so I'm hoping that the styles of men's shoes is not the wave of the future. Looks like they removed the soft cushioning soles and replaced them with a pad instead. They are not as comfortable. Also, the men's selection are much smaller than usual. If I could rate them a zero I would. Worst service by a manager! She is very rude and could careless for servicing customers. I came in trying to exchange a pair of shoes for a certain size/color I wanted. When they didn't have it I decided to return the pair. The manager said well then you will owe us for your other pair your purchased on this transaction. I understand that the deal was buy one get one half off but that's not how you word a return when the customer is returning the other half; she didn't even try to sell me on another pair. Meanwhile she was talking to her other associates saying she should win the best manager award. How about worst manager! Her attitude was so pretentious she needs to be knocked down whatever pedestal she put herself on! To add to this when I called customer service I explained what happened after waiting in the phone for 45 minutes!
