She was an art history major in college, so care for the merch was her primary focus. Repaired my 960 discontinued models quickly and had them shipped to me ASAP. Also replaced my old laces with the gold/brown ones I love. It is times like those that I wish people liked their jobs a bit more, at least enough to open a second register. On more than one occasion I picked up what could have been a nice bargain to find a lipstick stain or tear in the fabric. So it is possible to find something good but most of it is rubbish and try not to get your hopes up. Also, the other patrons tend to be rude and the staff dismissive.
