Bottom line... what ever you are paying her... is not enough. Above and beyond is her goal. Care and patience is her method. She was amazing. And, the shoe prices were fair and made buying shoes mom really didn't want to have to buy... affordable. We bought an extra pair we hadn't planned to buy. Thank you.

As someone who has recently gotten into running, when I saw this spot, I had to make a point to swing by while wandering around Pier Park. The store is good size, nicely decked out and decorated, clean and in good condition. They have a good variety of shoes and a decent selection of gear and clothing. In addition, they have a small selection of running gels, snacks, watches and more. The store itself is cool, has a great runner vibe, but the service, or lack there of gave a totally different vibe. I entered the store and passed by an Associate, and there was no acknowledgement at that time or during my visit. When we were headed back out, we passed by the same Associate plus another one, and again, no acknowledgement. Very weird, especially because one thing I love about running is the culture and community, especially in the stores. Overall, I liked the store, and wouldn't mind stopping back by, but I am hopeful that they improve the service. 3.5 overall for me.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter that were on clearance. When I asked the associate at…read morethe front if they were able to be returned, he said yes. The clearance shoes come in a ripped box with no lid--it's just a piece of trash, really.When I asked the associate if I could return said shoes, he said nothing about keeping a dilapidated piece of cardboard that didn't even have a lid. Then the shoes did not fit my daughter, even though they were her size-they were tight and squeezing her feet and she was crying, as toddlers do-and she's not even picky about shoes. I went to take it back , but of course I threw the piece of trash box away because it's broken and then they told me they couldn't give me my money back, no credit or anything because there's no box. when I asked if I could return them, he should have said keep the box, not "tags and receipt." The tags are still on the shoes, shoes are still connected. If the box is so necessary, don't rip it up and hand customers trash.
