This particular one is very small (owner plus…read moreanother staff), but I really liked her service: her sincerity, politeness, and straight forward to the point. She also does tours: Bravus, Cosmos, Trafalgar, Signet,... I got my airline ticket mostly thru email communication with Ann. Even though it was $10-20 more than online booking, I preferred the interaction with a human vs a computer screen. Plus, she got me 2 city airports (HND, and TSA), instead of the far away international airpots at the outskirts of the cities. I never stepped foot into the store, until later on when I decided to also have her handle/obtain my Visa to China. Ann advised me that for a nominal fee of $30, she could take care of the Chinese Visa for me. This is a great price and service, especially for those who are too busy to take time off from work (but not enough to not take a long deserved vacation) to take care of it. $30 is very reasonable considering that I do not have to take half day off from work, drive to K-town, look for parking, pay for parking, and deal with Chinese Consulate employees. Then, repeat again the following week when I need to pick up the Passport with the Visa. Will definitely come back to sign up for tours and other international bookings.
