Nothing. Called our original furnace installer, but never got a call back after repeated attempts. So, called Haisma, and they got someone out in a few hours. Derek was outstanding - professional, patient, thorough. He immediately diagnosed the problem (my own incompetence, frankly), fixed it, installed the Nest quickly and efficiently, then made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also didn't try to just sell us a new A/C system; we will probably need to do so sometime in the next few years, but he was clearly just interested in solving the problem rather than hard-selling us. Our furnace was over 20 years old functioning but a bit of a head scratcher. Additionally we needed to upgrade our electrical panel. Grapids was able to subcontract that for us too. Tyler and Eric came out the very next day (bright and early) and spent the day reconstruction our HVAC system. Prior to their arrival we decided to add a humidifier to the unit. The office was seemlessly able to add that to our work order. Todd swang back out to check in on the progress and make sure we were happy. Throughout the day several members of Grapid came through to bring supplies and check in. The stars of the show were definitely Tyler and Eric who worked until after 7pm to complete the HVAC job. They worked well together and I could overhear them as I graded papers upstairs. They treated each other with respect and humor. It was so refreshing to have work done in our home by such wonderful people. They even took the time to FaceTime with my husband who was at work to show the final product and answer all of his questions. Without hesitation I will recommend Grapids (specifically Todd, Tyler and Eric) to anyone!
