They asked the questions to gain an understanding of what was needed so I knew the cost upfront. They also set expectations so I was aware that they might need to destroy the lock in order to open the door. Within 5 minutes, they were on their way to my house. Ameri-Pro was thorough, addressed existing issues with our lockset and mechanism while changing locks. He was onsite for a couple hours, working in the extreme cold at our residence. Since Steve came out to our place during the peak of the omicron surge, I wished he would have worn a mask before coming inside our place, but I'm not going to take a star off for that at this point.
