The key was already made, and he was charging the battery. He then cut the steering wheel lock off for me, poured the gas that I brought into the tank for me, checked the tire pressure, and tried to push it out while I drove. It wouldn't budge so (after I paid him, no less) he waited several minutes for my husband to arrive so they could both push the car. It worked! Two other quotes I recieved from Yelp were 150% to 200% (double!) more than what I happily paid to Tal! He was friendly, kind and caring on top of it. I feel blessed by the experience and will be sure to call him for any future needs!

The man on the phone asked for $125 redemption fee in CASH. I called the bank and URA Natiowide and there was no $125 redemption fee! Make sure whatever fee is actually true! I'm a struggling single mother who works hard and it was difficult for me to recover my car. Shame on this business for trying to charge me a fee that did not exist in cash! Extremely disappointed. *I'm not even upset that they repossesed my car. That's their business and it's my responsibility to pay my car on time but the fact that the man tried to charge me CASH for a fee that didn't not exist in UNETHICAL and CRUEL.
